Golondaaj movie is very average movie. This film have story but screenplay is not up to the mark. Screenplay is very average. Zero entertainment. Dev performance is good but the main theme of the film is the story of the film which is not in this film. Just one time watchable movie.

A fantastic biopic from bengali film industry.

This film showcases the life of Nagendra Prasad Sarbadhikary, the father of Indian Football.

1. Dev as Nagendra Prasad is eyepleasing. From physique to acting everything is fine.

2. Ishaa Saha as Krishna Kamalini or Nagendra's wife is good in the given space.

3. Anirban. Bhattacharya as Bhargav or Nagendra's friend is very good as always in his cameo role. It gives a pleasent experience whenever Nagendra & Bhargav comes to screen.

4. Mirchi Agni as Naru is good, but someties falls victim of over acting.

5. Indrasish Roy as Captain Jitendra is also good. He has shown his skills perfectly. A pleasent experience watching him.

6. Alexx O'Nell as Major Jackson has shown some tremendous skill with his character. By watching his intro scene, one can say that he is going to play the role of antagonist. His expressions as a ruthless major general are also good.

7. Padmanava Dasgupta as Raja Anandakrishna Deb is also good.

8. Suppoting cast are also good in their respective characters.

9. I would like give a special mention to singer Srikanta Acharya, who has played Nagendra's Father. He was completely unexpected but has done a good job. And there are scope for improvements.

Music composed by Bickrm Ghosh is also a strong point of the film. Srijato has written some good lyrics for the songs.

Singers like Shovan, Ujjaini, Iman, Nirmalya has sung very good. Their voices add an extra point to the movie.

Videography and direction is also very good. Hopping to see more excellent films from Dhruvo Banerjee.

It's been a long and tough journey

Hoping to get more such movies from the Bengali film industry in recent years.

This new movie is outstanding BGM and story. CGI is outstanding. This new movie is musical movie. Direction execution amazing and first half so outstanding second half is good. Editing so beautiful. Best performance Dev carrier.

It is a very good movie considering Bengali cinema. BGM was great. I liked the movie and everyone's acting was perfect. All in all a great movie.

Better than usual Bengali craps. Ishaa Saha was the best followed by Srikanta Acharya. Dev did what he was given within limited script. If you are pissed off with Bengali movies you can watch it for a change.

Outstanding performance by dev. VFX is also pretty good (comparing to the budget of bengali cinema). Music is totally on fire. Some scenes can really give you goosebumps. It's a must watch film for everyone. :)

Attempt no doubt is good, but failed to execute or failed to reach the top level mark. Weak and boring screenplay, some scenes makes confusions all over, truly expectations were high, but after watching the film became sad, brave attempt but lack of proper planning, rehearsal. Heart Broken.

One of the finest films made in bengali cinema in the recent years. The performance of the actors, the music, the direction, dialogues everything was good about the film. Anirban bhattacharya and ishaa we're so good in their roles. Alexx o nell played the best villain. And coming to dev, he is the heart of the film. His acting skills, dialogue have reached a different level. Dhrubo banarjee have given a wonderful direction. Special mention to bickram for the soul full musics. Overall a perfect mass+class film. Everyone should watch it in the movie theaters. ❤❤

Expectations built up quite high but after watching the film totally disappointed, lack of research work, slow untidy screenplay, poor editing and coloring, music was brilliant, average acting skills, poor expressions, its look like every one is trying to act except that foreign villain, so poor executions all around. Pathetic, great opportunity lost due to proper practice.

Golondaj is one of the finest art from Dev and his company. Feeling proud to review as a Bengali. Everyone should watch this love 😘 from Malda.

I have never seen a movie like this in long time. Everyone is overacting in this movie making it hilarious. I went to watch it after seeing good reviews. Either all reviewer are Dev fan or all of them haven't seen good movie. If you want to watch comedy over real story then watch.

Fool are the ones who compare Golondaaj with Lagaan. Give the bengali directors 100 crores & they'll do wonders. Golondaaj is a must watch. Brilliant performance by the entire team. Music is top notch. Hat's off Dhruba Banerjee.

The way production company creates buzz there is a high expectations but the end product is disappointing, in one word directorial failure, not up to the mark. The big opportunity lost. Missing the excitement, tension throughout the film, poor editing, lack of tidiness, seems to look tired efforts.
