A second series of the sitcom was due to be filmed in summer 2020, however production had to be delayed due to the lockdown in Wales. As a result the BBC has postponed production until 2021 but has also taken the opportunity to commission a third series. Series 2 and Series 3 will be filmed back-to-back in Wales during the summer of 2021 with the second series airing later that year and series 3 expected to be broadcast in early 2022.
