Boy Crush

It's rare when a film can simultaneously challenge your intellect yet manage to make you harder than a catholic priest at a Chuck E Cheese. Ladies and gentlemen, this is that film. Watching these deliciously gay hotties move gracefully across the screen was the cinematic equivalent of having a young Filipino man toss your salad in a delightful bed 'n breakfast.

Following the seven unique stories that are presented here, proved to be surprisingly easy, of course, my only complaint lay in my own inability to properly bring myself to climax for each tale. I highly recommend this film for any moviegoer who considers himself super gay and/or anyone simply looking for a night of delectable masturbation fodder. Prepare to leave the theatre to leave with your very own 'Boy Crush.'

"Hitchcocked" is suspenseful! In this short, the heart warming romance quickly spirals down the drain, replaced with fear and suspense. I think "Hitchcocked" is fun and entertaining to watch. This has potential to be expanded to become a longer film.

"Summer" has a rather standard and formulaic plot, and it is not particularly engaging either. In fact, I found "Summer" rather boring. I have to point out though, the positivity of the ending is nice and certainly welcomed. It gives young people hope that things are not necessarily bad after coming out.

"Running Without Sound" does not have enough plot even to fill 13 minutes. The bedroom staring scene, though shows their hesitation and anxiety, is a little too long. Though it is refreshing to include a dumb character in a short, I think the subject is not so well handled.

"Oedipe - N+1" is a surprising gem. It has great production, trendy sets and an interesting plot. I am sure a lot of people can sympathise with Thomas' situation. This film is executed well, it engages me throughout the film. I am positively surprised by this short.
