Let me start by stating that the character adam is very hated in my eyes however he grows on you enough to bare the first episode. Once past this point it has had me in stitches and is based around a subject i feel strongly about (beer). Slowly seeing the brewery grow is good start and character development is great. Hopefully we will see a second season. P.S definitely recommend for stoners

I probably have a weird taste. Sure I do. When I saw the reviews, I feared the worst. Being German, I love beer, so I had to take a peek. But then it turned out that the entertainment value is quite pleasing. I'd classify the gags more as a teen comedy from the 90s. Mostly below the belt. But still a lot of funny ideas and puns (more modern setting). Actors are nice and meet the expectations. Characters are a bit one-dimensional, but not primitive. And something always happens, sometimes predictable, but always charming. So if you are into rude jokes with a pinch of cleverness you will be served above average here. At least by Netflix standards.

I've seen the negative reviews which are fair enough. This series is a bit like the beer they make, you need a few down before you get the taste. I found once it got past the 1st couple of early episodes it past the time fairly well. Some jokes are hit and miss but overall by the end I found myself hoping they will get a second crack and carry straight on with another series.

With 80% of the characters constantly being trash I don't know what sort of writer would think people wanna see that.

Trailers looked good and watched it with my wife. I'm glad we waited for kids to be asleep! The series started a bit slow and the whole series was quite a bit raunchier than we were expecting but overall had a great laugh.

Characters are shallow but do they need to be in a show like this? Sarah and Becky are both gorgeous. Adam is about as annoying as they come but who doesn't have a sibling like that?? The German monk, Truffles, was absolutely ridiculous and over the top.

Would move the rating to a 9 if they get a season 2 (we hope they do) and make a little less raunchy.
