Friends: The One with the Anniversary

I knew it would be episodes of Friends and not an actual movie, but the details promised "never before seen content." Yea, they played a commercial for the new Friends app at the end. Waste of money when I could've just watched them at home.

So we paid 23 euros and 15 euros for snacks. The room was filled with Friends fans and it was all fun at the beginning. It started off with the intro title of EXTRA entertainment and we see a presentator tell us a bit about friends while at the iconic fountain of the intro song.

The behind the scenes footage starts from 1994 and continues for 3/4 minutes and the presentator ends it.

again the extra logo show up and the presentator is saying the same thing but this time some other behind the scenes footage from 1994. This repeats once again with again different footage but same intro and outro... very unprofessional could have been edited out.

After this the first ever episode of Friends comes on. Well that's fun right! After that another episode. And another one... and another one. Right now we are just bingewachting in the cinema while I watched Friends at home on Netflix multiple times these past years.

We have been in de cinema voor 3.5 hours... watching episodes of friends... SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. No exclusive footage, no exclusive interviews. No funny bloopers or anything... we felt scammed. honestly if Warner Bros is really behind this was this the saddest and biggest moneygrab television anniversary in history.

Just 4 episodes you could have randomly selected on Netflix and an ad for the app. Total waste of money. I mean, if your going to put something like this out there, at least make it worthwhile.

After spending $27 for two tickets and $30 for snacks, I watched 4 episodes that I've seen multiple times. There were no "exclusive interviews and clips all in Ultra 4K". After the 4 episodes, the lights came in and that was it, totally not worth!

Like most others said, this was a complete scam.

Anyone giving this a positive review is clearly affiliated with the swindling company that released this joke of a "film."

They couldn't even be bothered to format the shows for theater. The heads were cut off the top of the screen.
