The Power ends with a world in which the same discrimination and abuse that the former minority suffered is perpetuated by them against another group. In this case, the women are now systemically discriminating against men. And arguably to a more extreme extent.

The Power in its real form is a cautionary tale about how game-changing power can make the world a worse place when it is not moderated.
