"Abercrombie Had a Zombie" is a short film that is a 'Soundie'...an early sort of music video that was played on specially built jukeboxes from 1940-1947. These jukeboxers were unusual because they not only played music but video...like music videos of the modern era. This song is sung by Liz Tilton--with Lee Murray playing the title character. As Tilton sings, Murray takes a drink of the Zombie and becomes blitzed by the powerful cocktail...and does a comical drunk dance as well. A most unusual but enjoyable film.
