When i saw this movie i really liked it, but it's not a movie to anyone. First it's a gangster movie, second it's a movie to people who enjoy crazy stuff, like skateboarding, surfing, and smoking.

Chorão was born in the same city i lived the most part of my life, so i was able to understand. He talks about the rich guys that have a disturbing life at home, and starts to get involved with gangster to get some adventure in their lives.

I think this movie is pretty similar too "Paranoid Park", but in the view of a Brazilian guy. The problems were Chorao appearances, which always break your thinking, and were completely unnecessary.

In terms of Brazilian movie, it's very good.

This movie became a classic! Written by 'Chorão', one of the biggest rock voices and composers from the 2000s who marked my generation, this film is a celebration of his life and passions with a cool story about a crime and great performances from the actors. (cool set of actors, lots of special guests such as Marcelo Nova and Marcelo D2). The soundtrack fits perfectly, featuring hardcore songs from São Paulo's underground scene and from Chorão's band (CBJR) itself. The movie is captivating and has a lot of action and movement, not a single scene to get bored. The scenes from São Paulo downtown, 'Serra do Mar', and the beach are just amazing, with great videography from strategic points along the maintenance road.

A user here criticized that the main character has no development. However, there is a scene about his past - about his rich mother's abuse - making it very clear that his behavior stems from a restricted and disturbed childhood.
