Several characters from other Full Moon Pictures films appear in Bong World. Visitors include Ooga Booga, Gingerdead Man, Jack Deth from Trancers: O Tira do Futuro (1984), Quinn from Rebelião do Século 21 (1990), and Jack Attack from Brinquedos Diabólicos (1992). The Gingerdead Man would later challenge Eebee in Gingerdead Man vs. Evil Bong (2013).
