It's hard to believe, but it's already been over a decade since Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works took the world by storm. The anime series became the type of phenomenon that you had to be there to fully understand, and going back and rewatching it makes a full set of emotions resurface in the hearts and minds of fans of the saga. It's pretty easy to understand why Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works became so compelling. The story uses a battle royale system to follow a bunch of characters who fight alongside entities who are basically reincarnations of legendary historical or mythological figures like Gilgamesh, Medusa, and Cú Chulainn. They are all fighting the fifth Holy Grail War,...

Prequels are presented with the daunting task of living up to the hype of the main series while trying to expand its lore. While most prequel series fail in one of these tasks, a few prequels are balanced perfectly. Furuhashi’s My Hero Academia: Vigilantes is one such prequel that builds its world while enriching the pre-established lore of My Hero Academia. The series is a masterclass in storytelling that has both quality and emotional resonance.

There’s a reason The Beginning After the End fans are upset and it’s not just about the bad animation that Studio A-Cat delivered (though that is the root of the cause). It’s the long-term damage the horrible anime adaptation can do to the series itself.
The experienced veterans in the community know that it is hard for a series to get picked up in the first place, we have had to wait years for a series as stunning as The Beginning After the End. It took a long time to get an adaptation, but what is rarer is a bad anime adaptation getting picked up again.

Getting spin-off material is nothing new for a large anime franchise like Dragon Ball or the Fate series. These spin-offs can be fun for fans who want to see different perspectives on the same world. A spin-off could also allow for some fun comedic moments where the cast can relax and not have to deal with world-ending apocalypses. But a truly great spin-off anime can stand on its own and introduce new people into anime.
These spin-off titles match and even surpass the quality of their source material. A new spin on the status quo of an anime could bring in a legion of new fans who wouldn't be interested otherwise. The best spin-offs are so good that viewers will likely forget that they're based on another anime altogether. That's exactly what these titles accomplish, and they do it with flying colors.

1. Fate/Zero (2011-2012) Fate/Zero | Credits: Ufotable
The best place to start watching from is Fate/Zero. It serves as a prequel to Fate/Stay Night. This series explores the Fourth Holy Grail War, setting the stage for later events and essentially building a base for what is to come.
With a darker setting, it delves into the minds of participants like Kiritsugu Emiya, Kirei Kotomine, and others, forming an emotional impact that will resonate throughout the series.

From time to time, an anime series will release a spin-off. These anime tackle familiar characters from a new angle. Sometimes this places beloved characters in a darker universe, while other times characters are given a much needed break from the chaos their canon universe puts them through.
Several of these anime, such as Isekai Quartet, have become quite popular with fans. However, some of these anime that deserve to be well-loved have unfortunately slipped under the radar. These unique takes on popular anime deserve the chance to finally shine brighter than the original without slipping into obscurity.

Soul Eater Not! takes the gothic shonen anime adventure of Soul Eater and replaces it with peaceful school days. Maka Albarn and Soul Eater Evans may be a proper Meister and Weapon pair, being part of the Eat — Especially Advantaged Talent — class.

The anime and manga industry is notorious for its grueling work schedules, which force the employees into physical and mental exhaustion every single day. It is no joke that even famed mangakas have many chronic illnesses that lead to them not being able to enjoy their successes.

Since the anime industry’s quick growth in popularity and prominence, it has received criticism for one cause that has had a significant impact on the community. This criticism stemmed from the lengthy working hours that animators and other employees from multiple animation studios were required to put in to produce anime series of the best quality in terms of animation.

The anime industry is relatively notorious for being one of Japan's most physically exhausting work environments. This is a reality that Shinichiro Ikeda, the current president and CEO of Studio Deen, had to confront immediately after assuming control of the company.
In a recent interview conducted by Comic Natalie, Ikeda discussed his early years as CEO of Studio Deen, the company behind highly successful anime works such as Fate/Stay Night, Ranma 1/2 (1989) and Junji Ito Collection. Prior to Ikeda's work as head of Studio Deen, he worked primarily as a manager for Ima Group, a company specializing in collectible capsule toys, trading cards and other types of anime-themed merchandise. In order to expand Ima Group, Ikeda turned Studio Deen into an official subsidiary in 2008 with the idea of eventually creating tie-in shows and films for his company's products.

From Fate/Stay Night to Demon Slayer, Ufotable has produced some of the most high-end anime in the industry. As an esteemed studio, it has earned accolades and awards for its brilliant and impeccable animation.
On top of that, it has set a precedent for other animation studios in more ways than one. But most specifically, it pertains to its finesse and quality, which could amp up Genshin Impact anime. But there’s a caveat to that as well.

The success and popularity of any anime series depend on a number of aspects. These aspects range from the storyline to the visual representation of the characters. However, the one thing that probably matters the most in today’s era is the animation quality of the series, which enhances the ongoing narrative to the next level.

A new teaser just proved that Fate/stay night's most interesting offshoot is closer to the screen than ever. Fate/strange Fake is a heavily anticipated adaptation of a light novel series that, as the title indicates, branched off from the Fate universe. Fate/strange Fake is a vast tale woven by mastermind Ryogo Narita, whose city-slicking sensibilities also brought about Baccano! and Durarara!!.
The series has one of the most intriguing origin stories of any Fate media, originally being an elaborate April Fool's joke which blossomed into a full-light novel series. Published by Type-moon, the fanbase considered Fate/Strange fake as canonical as any other entry in the series. The follow-up will be the first Fate anime in a while to fully feature the universe's violent brand of political intrigue, so fans have been impatiently waiting for more information. Now, a new teaser has brought the unique series to life.

The Fate series by Type-Moon is built around the dramatic Holy Grail Wars. These intense battles bring together Masters, skilled wizards, and Servants, who are the spirits of legendary heroes. Under the creative direction of Takashi Takeuchi and writer Kinoko Nasu, the franchise began with the visual novel Fate/Stay Night.
Since then, it has expanded into prequels, sequels, parodies, and adaptations, all connected by the iconic ‘Fate’ name. Anime has become the most popular way to experience this franchise, and it’s exciting to report about a new addition to the Fate anime world.
The next chapter, Fate/strange Fake, will soon join the lineup, as the anime is going to continue in January 2025, as we have already reported. Now, ahead of the release, a new trailer has been released and you will be able to see it below.

Anime can be based on many things. Some are based on light novels or manga series. Others are adapted versions of western shows or books. However, plenty of anime are based on video games, including light novels.
Video games can come in plenty of different genres, from romantic visual novels to action-packed RPGs, making for a wide range of games that can be turned into anime. The early 2000s were an excellent time for video games to be adapted into anime, as video games became more advanced and popular.

The gang is finally back together again, albeit only briefly, in Dragon Ball Daima. Major ramifications that go beyond Episode 10 are teased, making Goku’s quest to regain his adult body again all the more difficult (but fun).
After all the excitement from Episode 8, Dragon Ball Daima cools things down with Episode 9. Goku (Mini) finally has his first Demon Realm Dragon Ball, but by defeating one of the Tamagami -- something that has never been done before in the Demon Realm -- he now has a big red target on his back. Goku was already a wanted man (or child) back when he stopped Gomah’s men from draining the lives out of helpless civilians. This latest incident now makes it impossible for Goku, Glorio and Panzy to continue their search for the remaining Dragon Balls without making a scene.
