The violent story of Jay and Jonnie Linski, two Polish-Irish brothers who try to come to terms with the brutal murder of their youngest sibling, Danny. The story follows the terrible hallucinatory visions that haunt bare-knuckle fighter Jonnie, as he battles with his own demons and a personal investigation into those responsible for the killing. As all his close relationships begin to crumble about him, he plunges head-long into a violent chain of events that will leave murder and mayhem following closely on his heels. Set in what could be any European City (and none specifically). Told through the emotional pain of the characters closest to the murdered Danny and the sometimes violent events that follow on from the actions of these same tortured few.—Jonathan Figgis

Jonnie and Jay Linski are siblings with a heavy cross to bear - the brutal murder of their beloved little brother, Danny. Left reeling in the aftermath of this vicious crime, the Linskis seek solace on society's fringes; older brother Jay indulges in violent criminal behavior, while Jonnie exorcises his demons as a bare-knuckle fighter. Jonnie brutally pounds his way to the top of the illegal fight game, an opulent lifestyle and the love of a good woman going some way to anesthetize the pain he feels over the loss of his brother - that is, until, he overhears a conversation implicating Jay and a rival, Neville Jessoppe, in Danny's murder. Consumed by grief, Jonnie Linski embarks on a disturbing plan to avenge the death of his brother.
