Both Konami and Sony have stated that this game is a PS3 exclusive. It will not be released on any other game console anytime soon. There is also an in-game joke by Otacon who tells Snake to change the game disc when the player is about half way through the game but then realizes that MGS4 benefits from the PS3's BluRay disc storage capabilities.

No. Two more games have been confirmed to be released in the next few years. There was Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the PSP, and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance for the PS3 and Xbox 360. Neither of these games have Solid Snake as the lead character though. Gamers play as Big Boss in Peace Walker, and Raiden will be the playable character in Rising. Kojima has stated that MGS4 will be the last game to feature Solid Snake as a playable character.
