I remember playing this in 1998. It was a unique gritty Australian real time strategy game that is set in the dystopian futuristic and apocalyptic era. It's told from the perspective of the "evolved" - a bunch of mutants who are disfigured from a nuclear event and the "survivors"- the name speaks for itself. They go into an all-out-war for freedom.
The videos play out very much like a tv show. The characters are entertaining and compelling. It's a story that in a way draws parallels to many events in history where people were persecuted for how they looked. It's worth hopping on YouTube to watch this one.
