Wow! I still remember how I used to rush to home from my Tution classes to home just for watching my favorite TV series! Shriman Shrimati is non-comparable, unique and hilarious experiment ever performed on Hindi TV Series! Jatin Kanakia, I would say, is the best TV actor, especially in the Comedy genre. His versatile acting with the other cast almost equally contributing to the humor makes a perfect drama! In the late 80's and early 90's, the concept, the story was all unique. Unfortunately this versatile actor, Jatin Kanakia, hadn't had lot of life, until he died of Cancer. But this TV series will always remind all the viewers of his versatileness and humorous side of his acting! In short, a TV series which can never be remake and never be equally entertaining the audiences! Hats off to all the cast and makers!

Must watch serial, Superhit serial of 90's highly recommend.

Loved all characters. Nostalgia comes around after thinking of this show. So many memories related to it. My personal favourite charcter is dilruba ji and koki ji...life was easy and simple back then. Aired on dd national on prime time..need to watch for today's generation.

The best tv show in Indian cinema and in my lifetime! Around 140-150 episodes and not even a single one which you can pick out and say that it wasn't that interesting. Words cannot explain my love for this show and for the actors who played phenomenal roles in it but I would say one thing! I have watched every episode of this show almost 100,000 times but still can't get enough of it. It's just that good! Its perfect! :-D I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you haven't watched it then it's like you haven't lived your life. Watch at least once in your life. Mr.Kanakia will be missed.;-; All characters are awesome from lead roles to the smallest role.Perfect casting. Awesome acting, scrip is awesome. You will literally ROFL.
