Jakob Stegelmann interviews Ove Høyer aka Super-Ove, leading Danish expert on the subject, discussing the origin and history of Superman, the various comic book artists who has drawn Superman, including the upcoming Danish graphic novel Superman og fredsbomben (by Niels Søndergaard & Teddy Kristiansen). Also a look at the various actors who has portrayed Superman. Finally, Stegelmann presents in full length the first Superman short film: Superman (1941).

Jakob Stegelmann reviews Willow (1988). He looks at the visual effects created for the film by ILM (Industrial Light and Magic), and talks about dwarfs appearing in other films. Finally, Stegelmann presents in full length the Superman short film The Magnetic Telescope (1942).

Jakob Stegelmann interviews comic book artist Freddy Milton on Donald Duck, Carl Barks, and Familien Gnuf, Freddy's own creation. Also, Stegelmann shows clip from the Donald Duck short film Clown of the Jungle (1947), and presents in full length the short film Balloon Land (1935) by Disney veteran Ub Iwerks.
