Double Trouble

This is a rather silly, innocuous 8-minute nudie comedy short. Something Weird Video included it as a bonus item on their DVD release of Ed Wood's "Love Feast". Shot in rich color with what appears to be live sound, the simple set-up is about a guy who picks up one of the Bennett twins then keeps mistaking her for the other one. Hilarity ensues (not). The girls are lovely but are not much for delivering lines. This is probably why they did mostly non-speaking eye-candy roles in so many nudie and roughie features. For fans of (mostly black and white) films like "Rent-a-Girl", the value of this short is seeing the beautiful half-clad twins in color.

Step aside Elvis, the Bennett twins (Darlene and Dawn) are here and they're a lot sexier. A man meets a woman in a hallway and she invites him back to her room for some fun. What he doesn't know is that she's a twin and that the sister isn't as willing to put out. This nudie cutie basically throws some humor into the mix but I must admit that I've never found Mahon's humor to be very funny. The majority of the running time has the man wanting to make out but he keeps getting mixed signals. Darlene and Dawn are obviously very attractive women and they're the main reason to watch this film. Not for their acting but because they've got very beautiful bodies and that's exactly what you'd want out of a film like this.
