Ultraman Tiga: The Final Odyssey sets after Tiga Final battle, and then when Daigo thought he is already done with all that Ultraman stuff, it isn't.
When the team of investigation and research fleed to ancient historical ruins in R'lyeh, with the command from the mission Project F, Captain Iruma from GUTS also there, the purpose of the mission is to move the statue of ancient Ultraman, but then before that, Iruma had a vision about a darkness beyond the wall, and it shouldn't be breaked, but it's just too late because the ignorace takes it all, and the darkness rises from the deep abyss.
Oh boy, how i loved this movie man! When i was a child i used to watch many cartoons or power ranger, Ultraman, anime etc every sunday morning till the afternoon, but this one hits different because of the fragments of the moving images inside this movie that sticks! The ancient of Ultraman civilization! With all Ultraman fossils, flames exploding and two sides doing a battle, me and my Lil bro even used to imagining the ruins in real life when there is a land under construction that unfinished yet, so basically there is rocks and etc that is identical.
I really really amazed with the scoring of this movie man! It's soo damn good and makes me having a goosebumps! Definitely the score / music is the winner here! But also the relationship between Daigo and Rena soo touching too!
Essentially, Ultraman Tiga: The Final Odyssey blend the action, sci-fi and also the romance between Daigo and Rena, but it's not only that, the theme involve also about light and darkness, heroism, authenticity, history, and the one i just notice: The Willpower and solidarity of masses!
