Great Film!

The Appointment is a very good movie, watch it over and over again and it never gets boring.... Yes the story is too simple but it delivers and it gets better and better with each viewing, I like Liz Watson's character.... Basically some guy strolls into her office and tells Liz who does articles in newspapers or something that on September 19th at 6:05pm she's going to die and that message was given to him from the Lord Jesus Christ by the way...... After hearing the message Liz is basically on edge pretty much all through the film until the credits roll but won't spoil it by telling you the ending.... Great film, check it out.

A solid Christian film

This was noted Christian director Rich Christiano's first short film and it has become extremely successful, selling thousands of copies and airing often on Christian television. The story is compelling and interesting and it has a positive message that any Christian should be able to relate to. Technically, it's not polished, but that's not the most important thing. It's worth checking out, despite what "Ann" from Fairweather says.

If that's not your thing then it's just as bad as you expect.

This film fails miserably.

I happened upon this short movie while flipping around channels and since it was so short, I decided to see just what it had to offer. Unfortunately, it offered VERY little. Whether I consider directing, acting, cinematography, screenplay or score, it's sorely lacking in quality. Fellow commenter Jeff from LA states, "...it has a positive message that any Christian should be able to relate to." This may well be true, but since the stated intention of the film was to speak to non-believers in a meaningful way, I'd say this film fails miserably.
