Well, I live in Iceland although I'm not Icelandic, anyways this movie was pretty cool but none of thats tuff would happen up here. But, as a film, it's very entertaining and it has all sorts of cool stuff in there. The acting sucked, though, pretty painful at time. But since it's all about the visuals, it's all good. You can easily overlook the crappy acting. If you wish to catch this flick. Hmm... I suggest Showcase, a Canadian channel. I know it's played on that channel a few times so your bound to catch it. I don't know if there'll ever be a DVD release, which is a shame. There should be more Icelandic films out there.

I saw this film at Warsaw Intl. Filmfestival with friends, we all liked it.

It´s beautifully shot, staged and directed. VERY VISUAL.

The director was at the screening and told about how Icelandic people loved to hate this movie, strange.....

I would be proud, very proud ...

A bad movie from a bad director. In a true Icelandic fashion they cast talentless people in the lead and all the good actors in cameos. It´s incoherent and stupid and just plain boring but one thing on the plus side is that it visually looks good. It tries desperately to be hip and cool, with lame Tarantinoesque dialogue, but fails miserably ( a tip to all future Icelandic directors, don´t let the film end in a gun fight, those things never happen here so it doesn't work ). Avoid at all cost.

I have seen this great film at least 20 times and I keep on seeing new, wonderful things. There is absolutely nothing bad about it. The acting and the script is the best I have ever seen. I recommend it to everyone.

This movie is far off the icelandic real-life and so close to the hollywood formula about a drug addict and all the trouble that he and the girl who is with him get in to. But let´s just face it there aren´t many out side iceland who are going to see this movie, so they should of just skipped the hollywood formula.
