You gotta understand the Aussie humour. This show was a hit in its day. Would be great to see some of the greats up on screen again More Aussie shows for those abroad

Okay before I get told off I know there are a few other contenders. But laugh for laugh and the premise and the cast make this absolutely one of the best written Australian sitcoms- and we don't have many anyway. The approach was quite American that's why it worked, but it also absolutely expounded the great Aussie culture and sense of humour as well, featuring great wise cracking Aussie jokes. An absolute hoot. I wish they'd put it on somewhere it could be viewed again. All the 3 main stars of the show are still around in the industry. Unfortunately the brilliant Jon English - a bonafide Rockstar and theatre Star In Australia - died several years ago. A perfect role for him as Bobby really showing his sense of humour and talent.

Classic show, all 4 seasons are available to watch on amazon now, so have started rewatching again. Jon English is great and i used to see him at all the Parramatta Eels fan days, he was a Eels tragic! Great humour especially around the music industry that i can relate to.

This show is one of the funniest shows ever made here in Australia

It is just as hilarious in 2022 as it was when it aired in the 90's

It is a disgrace that this show is not shown on repeats in Australia to this day. The DVD's are even hard to come buy. Luckily I ordered two complete sets to kee forever
