(at around 22 mins) In "The Gas Station" when "Bill" falls to the floor after being struck by Anne, you can briefly see his prop machete fold as it hits the ground.

(at around 27 mins) Ideally a dead body parts get rigid and don't make any movement. When the Coroner pulls giant sized boob dead woman from drawer, you can see her boobs moving freely.

(at around 11 mins) If you look in the background of the scene as the lady attendant locks herself out of the office, the background is inconsistent with the state of Illinois. It was clearly shot in California, and the state of Illinois doesn't have the desert geography and even the night sky is clearly a desert sky.

(at around 1h 30 min) When the coroners at the end start cutting open the body, they do not remove the body's clothes for the autopsy.

(at around 1h 30 mins) When the dead Coroner is being cut open by one of the Morgue's attendants, he lifts his head up in a comical spoof. Yet the other attendant who fetched the coffee was coming back, and despite looking at his direction didn't see the Coroner move.
