I have been looking for this film for years. No I am not a cheerleader stalker, no, I am not a cowboy nut.
I was living in Dallas in 1980 and was going to a vanguard school for acting, when the studio called up and said, "we need a bunch of kids to play patients in a hospital."
Somewhere I still have a autograph book with many actors and cheerleaders in it. I remember the director saying he was going to fire all the kids who were racing wheelchairs.
I would love it if someone would sell me their copy. I've been unable to find it released.

I saw this TV movie when it first aired. The Los Angeles Times reviewer said in advance that it was not any good and advised readers not to watch so as to prevent a third movie! I watched anyway mainly because the then Los Angeles Rams had beaten the Cowboys in the playoffs the previous week and, in doing so, changed the script. All references in the script to "the Super Bowl" had to be redubbed "the playoff game"-after all, the Cowboys weren't going! The only problem was that on screen the lips were saying "Super Bowl" while the overdubbing said "playoff game!" Watch any badly dubbed foreign movie and you'll see what I mean! Back to the movie...standard story line about America's most famous sideline attraction...lots of familiar TV actors...it's two hours of your life that you'll never get back! I saw the movie a few years later and the sound still said "playoff game"...???!!! I gave this movie a six just for the trivia aspect...I'm surprised more viewers haven't mentioned it.
In mid 1979...I was offered a job from Lorimar Productions to drive my snazzy dark blue with white leather interior 1971 Cadillac Deville convertible in an exterior shot of Dallas Stadium. But I had to start my new job in Ft. Worth that day. When I told my bosses that...they said that it would have been alright with them. Like duh! Everybody was a Cowboy Fan down there! I did get to know the Baker Twins dad...because I serviced his parts company. Plus I met the only cheerleader that had a featured role in this movie. It was at a KZEW FM 98 Dallas Convention Center weekend music festival. So that's my story and Im sticking to it!

How can i get a copy of this movie.i really want to watch it i like the dallas cowboys cheerleaders i wish i was one of them.
I'm still a big DCC fan. This wasn't a great movie, but you could hear them speak and see them act instead of just getting glimpses of them on the field.

- CuriosidadesOnly Laraine Stephens as Suzanne Mitchell returned from the fictional characters of the original/first movie. Mitchell is the head of the cheerleaders as this movie is no longer a kind of journalistic expose about cheerleaders wanting to join the squad (wherein Jane Seymour played an undercover reporter), but is more into the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders themselves.
