Food for Thought

I just watched 'Food for Thought' for the second time, and I'm so happy to have discovered it. It might be the most uplifting and inspiring documentary I've ever seen. Dan and Giles are truly the kind of guys everyone would want to hang out with. Their genuine enthusiasm and approachable demeanor make the film not only enjoyable but also relatable.

They cover a wide variety of perspectives, exploring the impact of our food choices on health, the environment, and animal welfare. Through engaging interviews and insightful commentary, they present a way of living that benefits all living beings, the planet, and ourselves.

What I appreciate most is how they balance humor with important messages, making complex topics accessible to everyone. It's not just about veganism; it's about fostering a positive mindset and encouraging viewers to think critically about their consumption habits.

I found myself feeling beyond grateful for their work. Whether you're already vegan or just curious about the lifestyle veganism contains, 'Food for Thought' is a must-watch. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for inspiration and a fresh perspective on food and sustainability!

A great film for anyone considering giving veganism a go. Brilliantly film. Factually correct and at time an eye opener to uninitiated. Im hopeful this will find its way to many and word of mouth alone should see it doing well. It's not just what to eat it mentions animal exploitation but without harsh footage.

Both Dan & Giles do an excellent job of drawing attention to the benefits of a plant based lifestyle using various anecdotes & professional experiences.

I can't praise this production enough.

Dan and Giles are equally relatable and have done a great job capturing the essence of each subject area be it veganism, climate change, factory farming or food production. All of this is achieved without the use of upsetting or graphic footage. Instead, you feel their emotions by their own reactions and that of all participants undertaking a vegan challenge.

I hope this documentary becomes legendary, to match its producers.
