So you know going into this film it's a B movie. The production is very low budget, the acting is well below par, the dialogue is immature at times and falsely melo dramatic at others. The videography is well worthy of an 80's home video on VHS.

So that said you settle down to see if beyond the first 15 minutes the film is going to improve. Sadly it does not.

I mean it is not as bad as Tommy Wiseau's 'The Room', arguably the worst film ever made in history, but I have watched many low budget and B movies which are much better than Root Letter.

I did get a chuckle out of it though, like when someone nods sagely, as if they are importing some profound knowledge to another, and then say "Yeah bruv" in the most dramatic voice they can muster.

Classic.

I rated this a 3 and that was being kind as I am in a good mood today.
