When Joey says to the contestants "be careful using the pass - the next question may be harder"
you should fire the writer that came up with that!!!!!
If the contestant doesn't know the answer to the current question-
the next one CANNOT be harder for that person.
That has to be the DUMBEST statement on TV today---THINKS SOME BODY AND TAKE THAT OFF THE SHOW!!

My wife and I enjoy this show as we play along. We find it educational. We've even learn a few things with this show. The host is excellent. Give this show a chance i think it will catch on!

Main thing needing change is the approach of contestants answers. It's annoying how Fatone asks them how they got the answer. Even if it was a simple addition question, Fatone will still ask why they chose the answer. Wish someone would answer with "because JOEY, 2 plus 2 equals 4"

This show, in my opinion, is quite a classy game show. The host, Joey Fatone, is a true gentleman and does not need to act ridiculous. The "common knowledge" is something helpful that most of us could use in our everyday lives. I think this is one of the best new game shows.

After watching a fair number of episodes I can only conclude that anyone with a triple digit IQ is disqualified from being a contestant on this game show! In addition, "Joey" asking how you came up with an obvious answer is insulting to anyone with a functioning brain.

I didn't realize it when I was a kid, but it's true that the host makes or breaks a game show.
Fatone's delivery is just so flat. He makes no attempt to interact with the contestants in a real person sort of way, and the stupid "How did you get that answer?" Follow up he does after every question is just a time-filling waste.
It's a game about "common knowledge", why are you asking contestants how they "got it"?

I watched quite a few episodes and I have not seen any team ever win $10000. I don't think I would want to watch this show again. Such a boring show. Not worth watching

I love this game show but yesterday there was a mistake. The Gettysburg address is the one that has 4 score and 7 years ago. Not the declaration of independence. The preamble starts out we the people and the declaration of independence is we hold these truths. So I think that show should be redone. To be fair to the other players. I will keep watching because I love to play along. My husband and grandson play along also. I see alot of reruns does the show still air or are they done? Thank you for your time and I hope the mistake is changed. My grandson learns. And my husband said he was disappointed.

I like the idea of the show, and the questions are pretty good. But Joey Fatone swallows his words. I also can't stand it when he tells a contestant "Good job" when that contestant hasn't gotten anything right.

In today's edition of "Common Knowledge", three possible answers were listed for the question about resolving sibling disagreements. The correct answer, "separate them" was misspelled. It was posted as "seperate". Come on! Where are the spell checkers??!

I think it's a good show, interesting questions, and Joey Fatone does a good job with pacing, acting normal, and sense of humor. He's a likeable host and doesn't act like an idiot.
Someone here mentioned never seeing a final round winner; I have watched dozens of episodes and seen many winners. A lot more than "America Says".
If you like interesting trivia, these are good, fun questions. Sometimes Jeopardy! questions and Master Mind are too difficult. These questions are more , how would you say....... "Common Knowledge", LOL. Though some of the numeric-answer questions are not "common knowledge" at all, and are a pure guess.
The show makes you feel good because the "common" viewer can probably answer at least half the questions.
