It tries being funny but misses the mark with every single joke attempt. Annoying yuppie couple that you just want to STFU. Fetishizing Black men is funny to buzzfeed audiences.

If you've never been in any part of this situation, even just the ad-in-the-paper side, you won't find anything enjoyable here.
If you _have_ been in any part of this, you'll love the movie, and giggle and laugh at exactly the same spots they do.
It's a really well done 90 minute view from the point of "The Idea", then all the struggles - from _each_ of the M/F perspective. Were soooo different! Lol
There's very little "drama" here, the couple is portrayed as mature. They're also shown to grow into being _really_ open with their feelings. Which, could be seen as, 'The plot in 2m of screen time... It works really well. You don't *feel* it happening.
I found myself enjoying this a LOT more than I thought I would. I started it because it was 2am and had a mediocre rating. It had me hooked 3 minutes in. The nature of the first scene carries throughout the movie!
