The trailer offers a glimpse into the dark and eerie world of 1945 Seoul, then known as Gyeongseong. Amidst the turmoil of Japanese colonization, the series introduces us to Jang Tae Sang, a wealthy and well-informed pawnshop owner, and Yoon Chae Ok, a skilled specialist in finding missing people. Together, they encounter a horrifying reality that unfolds within the city’s shadows.
