What a clever story. Multilayered and unpretentious. Have to watch it again. It's got more to give, I'm sure.
Support your upcoming artists! We can't go to the film festivals this year but we can still support the art. This film is a great example of originality of artistic expression outside the BIG BOX production industry. We need fresh new stories rather than continuous recycling of the same tired themes that the film industry lazily relies on.
And even better, the ladies represent - female writers and producers created this scrappy little gem from scratch! We need more women in leadership to balance the perspective, including the movie biz.
While tight budgets show in the finer details, the bigger picture is a story well told.
Thank you, Ladies, for your efforts and keep working the art!

Alright this one was different. A semi interesting plot but the writing seemed like it could use more rewrites. There was too much circumstantial situations for my taste. I kinda hated how much bad luck was brought on to the protagonists.
Technicals were okay at times but stiff more frequently. The editing could have been paced better, but in my opinion, it was the movie's strongest element. The cinematography has some okay shots but nothing worth praising. The visual effects were pretty decent for a film like this. I struggled the most with the dialogue sound and continuity issues. It was clear there was effort put into this movie in more parts than others as some dialogue sounded like it had a noise removal filter, and I question why they did not resort to ADR. There were takes of unwanted cars driving by in reflections and backgrounds that stood out in the edit, and looked like the area was not that busy to settle for shots like this.
The acting wasn't great, but some of the delivery and performances weren't terrible. I attribute a lot of this back to the writing perhaps. One cool little Easter egg I noticed, and it may not have been intentional: Honey is the name actress who plays antagonist, who shrinks kids in the movie (not a spoiler based on trailer); a reference to Honey, I Shrunk the Kids. The cat clock in the movie was the same one from the 1989 film too.

This movie was damn good, I don't know why all these haters are dissing it. The novelty & uniqueness of the plot alone make it better than most of the run of the mill crap out there. Managed to be disturbing with hardly any blood & gore, which I find impressive. The acting was in no way sub par, these amateur movie critics are straight tripping. Any rating less than a 5 doesn't even get taken seriously for this film as it's definitely far above average in my opinion.
This movie is so good like it's incredibly like you have to watch it so you can get it like it's amazing but I found this movie on YouTube. Because at first the movie look kinda stupid but it's incredible. Worth watching To see for yourself.😁
