This is quite typical German movie. Without governmental subsidization there would never be a second one like this. Artifical plot. Bad roles. Bad conversations and dialogs. Nearly nobody would be willing to buy a movie ticket for a film like this.
The German Filmfoerderung makes it possible to realize such trash. Instead of orientating on Swedish, Danish or Icelandish movies, May German fellows love themselve the Most and this narzissmn leads to resultat like this one. It could be so easy, but our directors, actors and actresses are traped in their own circles. A bubble.
And there is no bonus for classic music nor nudity.
But... the picture and lighting have earned more than one star in sum.

Saw that film last year (2020) at the Max Ophüls film festival in Saarbrücken, Germany because of the amazing Sarah Hostettler and I really liked it.
The plot took a while before it started to really get to me to but the more the story unfolds the more intrigued you get. It's a small drama in a small world, but it pushes all the right buttons and works just perfectly for me.
