Its gets advertised with a contestant saying "this is not a game". Sorry but it is the biggest game of all times. Rated so low. Yet the Network keeps advertising to get viewers. Sorry but this show uses contestants to make fools of themselves for amusement. Not good. Most contestants making disrespectful comments of each other.

In what I affectionately call "Flog Island" with my partner, its a show where you really have to really have to be a special person to appreciate the worst parts of The Bachelor/Bachelorette all taking place in the confines of an island. Its only redeeming quality is the effervescent Andrew G serving drinks and (and truly really earning) his keep this time around. Well done Osher, you are brilliant. Hopefully you can find a way to get out of your Channel 10 contract and start fulfilling that potential, maybe do some auditions for the new Dyansty, or even be part of many cooking/travelling show franchises on the SBS called "F Thats Delicious - Osher O'Clock". Ok maybe not, but definitely avoid this show.

This is a much better version of the american franchise. Same as the Bachelor and the Bachelorette Australia, which are better than the American versions of it (or Canadian for that matter). You must like the Bachelor to begin with and then its just great to see old contestants finding new romance (or not). And the Australian contestants seem more authentic and down to earth. Of course there's drama and there's talk about each other, but hey, what would you do if you're stuck on an island with all these people and no internet?
