This is Karthi's second best movie after "Theeran Adigaram Ondru" and it's an absolute family entertainer and even kids will join comedy sequence in this movie. Minus of this movie is one can predict what's coming next and length of the movie is too long, so it could have been trimmed to make it compact.

Agriculture is also a profession. Showcased values of agriculture and family relationships very well in the movie. Family drama is funny, emotional and enjoyable.

Easily the bestest of the dir Pandiraj. He brought alive the big joint family thing on the big screen. The movie's core revolves around the issues/misuse/controversies/politics in big joint families, the dir almost depicted on how these concepts are broken nowadays and there were few emotional melting scenes which'd make you cry multiple times, if you watch/love drama. The villian part was nearly unnecessary but it kept us engaged just like a usual commercial entertainer. Camera work was just fantastic, it almost teleported us into the Rekla race that usually happens in villages around coimbatore. Music was the biggest drawback, it could've been improved. Overall, a very nice family entertainer. After Paruthiveeran, Kalavani, after a very long this is the movie that took us on a ride to how a village life is lived. I totally enjoyed it.

Kadaikutty Singam, a great family movie showcasing the essence of true relationships. Great acting by Karthi, a good comeback movie after Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru. The movie also has a brilliant message describing the efforts being a Farmer and the need of Farmers in the upcoming fast - paced life. Overall great movie from Pandiraj.

Watch it and you could see the real binding of farmers and their dedication along with joint family culture.Karthi and Sathyaraj 's acting was best also the screenplay of pandiraj has taken to a new level.

Yeah ! I agree this movie is based on Family sentiments and rural life that is really boring for this generation but still this movie is one kind of gem in the career of Karthi . Many comic sequences are well done . I usually don't cry while watching movies but this movie made me cry like hell , I was not able to control .

Not a so good movie. Karthi and everybody acted very well in the movie. Songs and BGM in the movie was excellent. The villain selection was worst in the movie. The movie has no turns or twists. The 1st half in the movie was somewhat good but the 2nd half lagged very much. The movie has nothing new but the movie was not so boring. The action scenes in the movie was good. Soori's comedy in the movie was good. The comedy scenes by everyone are very good. The characters selection in the movie was excellent. The movie can be made more better.

One of kartik's best flix....contains all content ....comedy , emotional and most importantly realistic facts that happens in rural areas of south....Loved this movie

All those guys in the frame are overacting from beginning to climax. Sentimental scenes are unbearable.

Sexual jokes in beginning of the movie. But CBFC rating is "U".

Karthi's dialogues are intolerable. Why??? Why this stupid overhyped dialogues??. Every dialogues we have come across in our real life (about farming difficulties, etc..). You don't need to remember us. Its too boring.

Unnecessary hype in hero's bike number plate. It's too much.

Fights are in the air. Superman fights. Everyone are excluded from gravity during fights.

After watching this.. I felt like I'm in 1980's. Kollywood is going back to 80's. I didn't expect this.

Theeran adhikaram ondru is the only film I liked from Karthi. I didn't expect like this from him.

I can't believe folks are taking movies like this using same old story that we must have seen with 100+ movies. What a waste of time!

I thought the importance would given to the story other than love, family sentiments and slapstick comedies. But, this movie doesn't contain anything other than them. I bet this is a cake walk for the director as this is a story which is traveling since the start of the industry. Positives of the movie are comedy and a few dialogues. The movie is more like a tv serial.

Except for few dialogues, the movie does not really talk about farmers as claimed by many positive reviewers. In a time when Cola companies are identified to have destroying the farming in Tamil Nadu, the heroine is depicted as the owner of a cola company. As usual the rich man in the village is portrayed as the hero, who does not get affected in any means as a normal farmer. A low caste man's life is taken away but life of two bulls is given the utmost importance for revenge. What is the point in showing a heroine of the same caste, hero trying to convince the family to marry a girl from same caste? Where is basic human rights? Its a whole lot of Tamil Mega serial second half, with choices of marrying one or two girls from same family or marrying a girl from same caste. Importance is given for fair skin, wealth, caste Importance not given for human life, farmers plight, intercaste marriages

The script, screenplay, casting everything was fine but being a well known director Mr. Pandiaraj forgot that we are moving forward towards a generation where our kids should be caste free. Even though the hero Gunasingam speaks against the the villain who is caste freak, Gunasingam marries a girl from the same caste only. What is the benefit in this? If he wants to marry a girl from other caste who also hails from a prestigious family and also marries the girl against the all odds I would have given saluted him but this one thing is like a black spot on the story. I humbly request the director not to insist this caste thing in your films because films play an important role in everyone lives. You people have the power to change the caste freaks so from now onwards have some social responsibility and make films other than that the movie was an awesome expirence

It's based on tamil hindu relationship where a uncle and marry with a niece But in this movie he refused to marry her and love with a other girl and marry with her...so all drama by sisters n etc.
