Black Mountain National Park has long harboured a strange history, from masses of missing livestock that have wandered onto the mountain to unusual disappearances and reappearances of local townspeople. One such case involved members of the entire Wahldrov family, who were never found. Cassian Wahldrov returns back home to the town of Black Mountain, following the disappearance of his autistic younger brother Manny. Together with his sister Mae, both set out to find him. Their efforts are quickly overshadowed by a strange force that both splits them up and slowly picks them apart.

If you like movies where nothing happens, you'll love this film. Even better if you like bad acting, bad writing, bad directing and need something to put you to sleep. The entire production looks like it was made for about a thousand bucks.

Deep in and nothing! I'm gonna have to finish to see what the heck is going on. Bad acting.. Bad storyline.. My bad luck! Avoid at all cost..

I don't usually go for scary, thriller, type movies but I really enjoyed this movie! I was hanging on to find out what was happening to everyone in the town....also thought all the debut actors were fantastic!

Unbeweevible is right. This was truly a great watch, 10/10 would 100% watch again. I selected a handful of quotes from this unbeweevible folklore staple and set them as my alarm. This riveting film might just be my villain origin story, it really set me on fire inside. There were numerous scenes that involved mature content but it was truly an eye opening experience. My friend and I watched this together and we will never be the same. After this, she weevilwill be the maid of honor at my weevilwedding. If I could have a weevil as a pet I would get one instantly. This was truly jaw dropping, and if the weevils could climb into my open jaw I would be the most pleased person in the world. The world is a better place with weevils. Weevils wobble but they don't fall down. There's no evil without weevil.
