I liked this movie a lot, especially the plot. It was different from the previous one because there was less comedy for one thing but there was a bit of character development. It is easy to fall in love but it is challenging to nurture a relationship when there are conflicting interests. Honesty and communication are keys to a healthy relationship. This movie portrays exactly that.
I love Lacey Chabert, so if I'm putting down a Hallmark movie with her in it, then it must be bad. This probably didn't deserve the stars I gave it.
There is nothing new in this movie. It is practically the same old stuff as the first one, and much less well done. Scenes with Lacey and Brennen seemed rushed. No chemistry this time. Lara Gilchrist was either doe-eyed or tough witch. Vincent Gale was cliché. Other supporting actors tried.
As far as story, at least they got Jenny's side business out of that tiny B&B kitchen into something a little more commercial. On the only plus side I can think of, several little side romances sprung up.
Like my summary says: If you are going to do a sequel of a much loved movie, don't just do a rehash but give it a life of it's own.

I LOVE the first movie, "All of my Heart". It is excellent. And as actors, I LOVE both leads. Imagine my dismay when KEY aspects of the first movie are altered for "...Inn Love". No offense to Terry Ingram, idk you; but you blew it! You had the same writer, cast and a built-in audience! I'm shocked that there is a third movie frankly because the second one was so flat.
And, for #3 I'm just learning, they lose the house??!? Then what the heck is the point?!?!! Whose brilliant idea was that?!?! I hope not KB.
I have again been reminded of the importance of good Direction. And hello? Continuity??!?!!! I am rewatching #1 AGAIN because it's SO good. I erased #2. Not worth seeing again. The loss of continuity is TOO distracting. And VERY irritating!!! And I WILL NOT even bother with #3. Why bother? It's Terry Ingram again, so I imagine I would be PAINFULLY disappointed. Great way to ruin a great thing fella! 😫😤 Lacey and Brennan, I really enjoy you both. Your work Individually and together. Best wishes to you both. And thank you Karen Berger for creating the characters and original story. Sincerely, Trish Norman

When I lived in New Hampshire, our neighbor did all the investing for a millionaire- one client.
He built a very small barn in his side yard and filled that barn with electronics.
Every weekday, he would kiss his wife and proceed to side yard to his home office. He spent the day being a stockbroker and at the end of the day his commute required him to cross the side lawn.
I think about them a lot during this movie, and the conflict of the movie seems so silly.
Still, I find the movie very sweet and endearing. Who doesn't like a movie with baby goats. Bucks county doesn't seem so special, but I have never been there, so pay me no mind on that one.

Chabert and Elliott together again.
Plot Couple renovate a house together (and yes Hallmark, we did notice that it is a different house) they almost loose the house Brian returns to Wall Street to keep them financially afloat until they can get the Inn up and running successfully. Jenny worries that Brian may be falling for the lure of Wall Street again and may be tiring of their small town/country life.
Different house, different goats, we can deal with that.
Seriously, it is a very good movie and well worth watching Chabert and Elliott always shine together, the perfect movie couple.
My advice: Good family film, watch it together.

- CuriosidadesBrennan Elliott's and Lacey Chabert's third movie together.
- Erros de gravaçãoIt is established in both this movie and the original of which this is a sequel that the setting is Bucks County, Pennsylvania. When Jenny leaves to meet Brad at the party in New York City, she tells Denise that she is "going to the City." and Denise understands that she's going to New York. Bucks County, Pennsylvania is part of the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, and contrary to what some people from New York would have you believe, in Bucks County, referring to "the City" can be assumed to refer to Philadelphia.
