Dana Vespoli makes fun of this series in Volume 9, with stories that mock the rimming concept that rears its ugly head scene after scene.

The in-jokes reach a peak in a final vignette featuring Dana as a porn director (sort of playing herself) shooting an anal-sex movie, taking place at the "Immoral Proposal" mansion. This footage makes great use of that location, as we watch talent Yhivi (with long hair, rather than her original pixie image) and punk-styled Rachel Madori getting to know each other, and trying out rimming with gusto. By the time they've worn each other out, Dana sees them and disapprovingly tells 'em to go back to makeup and get ready all over again for the real scene to be shot. Her crew member KB Havoc is featured on screen setting up lights, and even gets a screen credit.

Dana gets an acting/sex role of her own, looking butch as she plays a lawyer and rims Anikka Albrite.

Luna Star, hard to recognize with her old black hairdo look, is angry at Zoey Taylor for the way she treats Star's brother, but all's well once Sapphic sex begins.
