Evidence of Revision: The Assassination of America

You won't find a more gripping, sobering, sometimes shocking documentary about what really went on behind the scenes of American history from the John F. Kennedy assassination to Jonestown. Superbly well-crafted and has the ring of truth. A must-see. Highly recommended. Available on youtube.

The 2000s was a golden age for independent documentary film making, specifically with films covering government or corporate corruption. Many film makers from all levels of experience produced some of the most thought provoking documentaries in the history of the genre, and Evidence of Revision is certainly one of them.

This six part documentary goes to great lengths outlining inconsistencies and criminality regarding the JFK, RFK and MLK assassinations by exposing the machinations of the US intelligence apparatus and corruption within law enforcement and the Johnson administration. It uses an impressive array of rare stock footage, damning evidence and key testimony from many experts and eye witnesses in piecing together a coherent narrative.

Not only is Evidence of Revision expertly crafted in this regard, but as a lover of cinema I'm overtaken by its high level of professionalism and artistic merit. The film is quite atmospheric and riveting with its terrific choice of music and tasteful cuts of footage showcasing individuals, both good and bad, and their developing roles during the tumultuous 1960s. It's like watching a cold war era drama, and you feel like a detective uncovering a dark mystery behind these world-altering events.

Evidence of Revision is a perfect documentary and I believe it's is an imperative viewing for every American alive today. The effects of what happened during the 60s have reverberated into the present day and only strengthened the military industrial leviathan controlling America.
