The acting was terrible! The storyline wasn't bad but the acting was so terrible it was hard to finish the movie. I would not recommend this movie to anyone unless they're high and just want a good laugh at the actors 😂😂 the wife was horrible!! She was the worst actress of them all!

This is far from the worst low budget movie ever made, it have a good plot. Even though it was somewhat predictable. Yeah the acting could have been way better, but you get what you pay for. Now in my case I had watch it for free on TubiTV....LOL . I actually was not angry that I spent time watching this movie, unlike some really terrible movies that me off for wasting my time watching them. I even quit watching a few, just 20 minutes into a movie. So sense I was able to watch this movie without regret or not finishing it. I will say it was not that bad of a movie. I did dislike the ending, but it was unexpected one. So watch if you have nothing do or to watch on TV.

I never ever write reviews although I do enjoy reading them. However, This movie or lack there of was absolutely a nightmare! No one on here could act!! I mean absolutely no one. Never mind that it was a low budget. It was horrible Directing, Acting, Script! Just, horrible all the way around. Please don't EVER EVER EVER cast the female lead in any additional roles!! She needs to reevaluate her life journey because acting isn't it!!

This was so bad that I caught myself laughing out loud at many of the scenes. Beyond disastrous to say the least.

This should have been a little YouTube movie because it's even worse than what Tubi would accept.

There's nothing to see here. Do not waste your time watching this zero effort movie with no story line. That Carl Payne dude barely got a role in the movie and still managed to mess up. How do you pull that off? The acting here is quite appalling and I could definitely use a refund.

I had to skip through most of the movie especially the wife she was the worst actress I've ever seen in my life. Some of the other actors were ok but she was the worst but I'm one of those people that need to see the ending which was even worse.

This movie is a perfect example of why we need a "0" option for ratings. The plot: ridiculous. The ending: even more ridiculous. The main character/wife: unbelievably ridiculous acting in every single scene. The casting director: what was he smoking, snorting, or shooting when he hired these non-actors? Well, he did try with Cherie Johnson and Omar Gooding, but even their acting seemed to suck. The stylist: did they even have one for this movie? Why did the wife, the main character wear the same blue top every day to work? The husband's best friend: his acting, storyline, and corny smile made my ears and eyes bleed. The other actors were just as talentless and unconvincing. This is possibly the worst under low budget movie I've ever sat through. I usually don't waste my time, but I wanted so bad to be wrong. So much for that.

I don't understand how this even got a rating in the 3s. The lead actress was terrible. Did they not have a wardrobe budget for her?

It was difficult to get through the movie, I actually fast forwarded some parts. I had to force myself to finish.

The ending was a terrible and I can't get the hour and whatever minutes back and kicking myself all over the room.

Director was terrible and please find another line of work and take Claudia with you.

Just terrible!! I can't say enough about how bad this movie was. Everyone connected to this project should find employment in another industry!!!!!!

Usually you can't go wrong with Tubi movies but this one by far was the worse for me. I always finish movies in its entirety but this one I could barely make it 20 min.

The terribly loud music in every scene took me out! They should have opted for instrumentals instead of the original songs 😂😂😂

In addition to the music, the acting is terrible! I really want to know who is singing in these scenes? My goodness it is AWFUL!

I feel like this director was trying to put the whole neighborhood on 😭😭 why else would he have the terrible music and actors? Or maybe the director is just horrible himself.

Regardless, don't waste your time!

Not bad at all. I enjoyed this somewhat. Of course, my ratings reflect the actual film, including directing and all that. And this is no way gets high ratings for it's good parts.

I thought the story was cool. I liked the mystery of the wife. The woman actress was fun to watch, and so were the two guys. I liked to see them navigating the party scene and looking for a woman, and eventually finding someone. It was a happy story. I liked it a lot actually, though I couldn't get through it. Just too many bad parts and boring filmmaking altogether.

I'd watch it.

The Perfect Wife is a prime example of a super low-budget film gone wrong. The acting is awful, and you can barely hear the terrible dialogue because the music is ridiculously loud. Why do these low-budget filmmakers insist on drowning every scene with unnecessary background music? And why is it always blaring? It would be refreshing to watch just one of these movies where the music actually fits the scene-like a club or party-rather than awkwardly blasting over everything. Even worse, it never even syncs with the movement of the extras. I barely made it five minutes in before giving up, and after this experience, I definitely won't be wasting my time on The Perfect Wife 2.

Mary Michelle's acting is terrible. I don't know how she got the lead besides being pretty. I decided to look up her bio and it reads like it's the introduction to a one woman play. It does not provide any background information on her. It reads like a resume. Overdone and unnecessary. I couldn't get past the first three paragraphs out of 20. (Not sure of the exact amount, but it's a lot). I find it interesting for someone who only has so few credits under her belt Definitely her publicist wrote it or an English teacher. Unfortunately, will be seeing her again in future movies. Go check out her page.
