Excellent for children. Although different looks than the original, it is still charming.
This review would be short and sweet (or at least it should be)
Mega Man: Fully Charged is the latest televised representation of the titular Blue Bomber himself. Is it bad? Per say, I don't mind the series at all; in the beginning I thought it was a very trash reboot as that was how it was presented to me, but after watching it, it grew on me a bit. Yes, the show is for kids and I am above the target demographic (an added 1 star for this), but this show, despite the childish humor, can be enjoyed if you set somethings aside. Yeah, nostalgia can't fuel it forever; most might find this weird CGI 'Monster' to be repulsive especially since some of their beloved characters are not present. This, too put me off a bit, but it does have potential to be something great if we let it be. Other than that, I consider it to be a 'Watchable' show, but somethings do have to improve for this show to become something great and I do hope that Man of Action and Cartoon Network do improve this show; it isn't perfect and yes, it could be better. Some things are hit or miss, but it isn't practically unwatchable (to me at least, it isn't)
One just has to hope. If the show does get better (or worse), I will obviously change my views.

This show is not bad, it's not canon to any of the Mega man series so it can be enjoyed as its own thing but it does pick some elements from the classic series like the robot masters and main characters who've been redesigned well, fireman and doctor light for example look great. Fully charged has sort of like a monster of the week formula which can admittedly get a bit stale and the hero talk from Aki can get a bit annoying but the characters are fun and i enjoy the interaction in the light family, but the robot masters show up multiple times keeping the story of each episode interesting and we get to know more about them not necessarily character development (not yet at least). There are a lot of references to past mega man games which some of older fans would get, if you're a mega man fan give this a watch
It's OK.
I literally thought this was going to be way worse, but they actually know what they are doing. This is just like what Spectacular Spider man was to the 1994 Spider man cartoon.
Seriously, I know this show has been catching a lot of hate, but overall it's alright. In the same vain as NT warrior and Star Force, this show is a solid Mega Man show through and through with just enough goodies for old fans. The animation is fine for what is it, not super stylized but not flat like others cgi shows such as Beware The Batman. Mega Man himself looks fine and has all his classic base moves such as the slide and his iconic color pallet swapping weapon copying, which translates well to a 3D environment.
Dialog is alright, just a bit hit or miss at times as they try to appeal to the younger generation, and it can be down right hammy at other times. Voice acting is alsoa mixed bag, Mega Man's voice tends to ride the line between tolerable and annoying, but it's always been a mixed bag when it comes to Mega Man voice acting in other mediums (excluding the Mega Man X OVA). Personally I'm surprised they got the same guy who voiced Optimus Primal from Beast Wars to voice Dr .Light, which is such a treat given the setting.
Its clear that Man of Action know what their doing as in the first episode most known characters from the games is present. Granted their not going in order of game appearance with the robot masters Mega Man fights weekly.
Dr. Light is present and it cool having him around. Roll is semi present but now under the name Suna, Rush is here and still Mega Man's robotic buddy( Come on Super Rush Adapter!). Even Wily is present, granted he is still a wild card as they made him a friend to Megaman instead of Dr. Light's bitter rival, thats something I got to keep my eye on. Gutsman, Fireman, Elec man and Ice man from the first game is here and done pretty well. Woodman from Megaman 2, Drill Man from Mega Man 4 , and Wave Man from Mega Man 5 also return with some good backstories as well. There is even 3 brand new Robot Masters in Hypno Woman, Blasto Woman, and Chemistry Man who all have very interesting abilities and personalities.
Now dont get me wrong, the Archie comic Mega Man is the best version of the material and I would have killed for that to be adapted instead of a brand new show. Overall in the hands of the guys behind ben 10, the villain of the week formula will work with the classic Mega Man rouges gallery well but they need to step it up if they want to draw in more fans and deter the hate. I feel season 2 will start getting much more robust with its story elements . This has the making of something amazing in its DNA. It's not there yet, but i feel it will make it some day.
TMNT 2012, Miraculous Ladybug , Green Lantern the animated series , and even the later season of Sonic Boom tempered me to give this show benefit of the doubt. In their first debut I whole heatedly despised every last one of these shows, but their later episodes made me eat my words time and time again.
In the end , it's a good show for both long time Mega Man fans and newcomers to the franchise . It doesn't offend like TTG and it doesn't annoy like Sonic Boom season 1. I can't wait to see what this shows grows in to.

It's Absolute Crap. I mean the Big pile of crap from Jurassic Park is closer to Mega Man than this show. Ignorant fools will say "This isn't for mega man fans. This is not for you. This is for kids!" BS Excuse. You have to be "Mega High!" to enjoy this show. Worst part is that the Episode I watched was written by Man of Action... The Team behind Ben 10... I would request to have the episode writing credit to Alan Smithee ASAP.
The Premise takes a massive diarrhea dump on all that is Mega Man. He's a Robot schoolboy with a tiny annoying robot that acts like a sort of symbiote. The Robot Boy transforms into Mega Man and is a "secret hero".
He's not Rock Light... His Sister is not Roll Light... Dr. Thomas Light has been hitting the Canseco Juice Real Hard... Albert Wily is NOT the villain... He's Aki Light's best friend and a ginger... DO YOU EVEN MEGA MAN!? Right now, the Anime Cutscenes in Mega Man 8 with their horrible English dub are looking like a better Mega Man show than this...
Now in the name of fairness, the voice acting is decent and whenever they go to sprite art it looks good. This should be cancelled and be remade into a proper Mega Man cartoon... Or eliminate all Mega Man references and rebrand it as something else. It could work as a "brand new IP" as a Mega Man cartoon it should be called MEGA CRAP.
