Sharwanand is riding high now a days because his last 2 outings were back to back hits. Now he joins with Merlakpaka Gandhi for the film Express Raja to achieve Hattrick this time. Let us see whether he achieved it or not. Plot of the movie goes likes: "Boy - who hates dogs - but ends up having a dog & diamond story related to that "

Basically first half is little dragging & boring with some repetitive scenes but second half sets it right. Not a great story though. Entire film runs on Hilarious & Slapstick comedy angle. It is clear that Screenplay of this movie was taken reference from the movies like Vantage Point & Yuva, of course those are serious movies but director had intelligently used that idea keeping fun angle in mind. So it is well suited here. Music album is definitely a plus point, all the four songs are just amazing to listen. Dialogues are damn hilarious and they are the main reason for most of the entertainment.

Sharwanand is slowly emerging as finest actor especially with his dialogue delivery and comic timing ala Run Raja Run. After a serious romantic film #MMIR, it is treat to watch him again in fun mode. Surabhi is Gorgeous and got a splendid screen time. Saptagiri & Prabhas Seenu's roles will definitely stand out. Because they are responsible for most of the fun in the movie. In fact this is the first time Prabhas Seenu has got full time lengthy role. Veteran actress Urvashi however feels miscast and gets irritating at point. Audience will feel bored when ever comes onto the screen.

Yes, there are few glitches in the movie, but it definitely promise decent amount of entertainment. Looks like Sharwanand got a Hattrick !!

Pros: Sharwanands actions. Good looking and acting heroine. Songs and dances. Comedy is way way good and natural and unique and blends with the story. Sapthagiri was good as usual.

The ultimate climax is awesome.

You will never expect what would happen in the next scene even until end of the movie.

Had a headache watching Soogade chinni nayana and heard so so review for Nannaku prematho and hence after many feedbacks and whatsapp discussions, decided on this movie.

Cons: No fancy visuals or locations but I don't care as long as I am enjoying the movie.

Can't say how happy I am to see a small/budget film doing well at box office. Small movies form the CRUX of Telugu Film Industry.

Movie is a non stop entertainer from beginning to the end. Director Merlapaka Gandhi chose a routine story for the movie but the taking of the film is extra ordinary. While viewer may get confused from first scene, it turns out to be focal point of the film.

All actors performed well. Actress Urvashi's role as Kokila is heart throbbing. Kudos to Sarvanand for selecting a nice story and doing cent percent justice to his role and carrying the film on his shoulders. Actress Surabhi is a nice find for our industry. While actors like Brahmaji, Nagineedu, Posani fit their roles perfectly, Saptagiri needs a special mention here for his fun through out the movie.

Pros - Story taking, no separate comedy track (Comedy is part of the film), Linkage of sequences and Sarvanand's acting Cons - Music has extreme western influence and you feel like you are listening songs in some western album, choreography I only wish our so called big stars would listen to such good stories, don't change stories in the name of fan following and give the audience better entertainers.
