Gujjubhai the Great

I would like to say, I wasn't impressed. Although I was a huge fan of Siddharth Randeria, I disliked this film because it's not as funny as his plays. His plays are so funny that you can't stop laughing during his play, but here dialogues are not making any laughter. I was eagerly waiting for this to come out, but disappointed.

Another reason it's not funny because the play this movie is taken has a lead actor Ashish Bhatt, who is very funny and Gujjubhai was supportive, although also funny. Siddharth Randeria's other plays are also mad funny.

I would say for Gujjubhai's play watchers may not find this movie very funny ..

I would give this movie 100stars, these are the types of movies you want to watch after a long day.

I can call that if video record all Drama and edit nicely that makes this movie, nothing new has been given by Sidhdharthbhai in this movie. "Gujjubhai e gam gajavyu" Ni remake, and on cinematography and camera Ishan has to go long way.. It is like un-experience short film director. People watch this due to Sidhdharthbhai, Jo sidhdharth bhai Ni jagyaye biju koi hot to super flop nu label chokkas laget. so I can say it is very disappointing.. not worth watching in Big cinema, better to watch on home online instead of wasting money in cinema... lover than average.. I can give more star to bas Ek Chance .. while Isan didn't use 100% to Sidhdharthbhai, or i can say Ishan still not mature for Big screen production.

I have been an ardent fan of Gujjubhai since I watched "Lage Raho Gujjubhai" (the natak) 5 years ago. I have tried to watch his plays whenever I get time. When I came to know that this movie is currently in a multiplex near me, and that too only one show at 3:00 PM, I took a leave from office and went and saw the movie!

Believe me, I was not disappointed at all. Had a laughter riot in the hall. Great work by Bakul & Hasubhai. Great actors both of them. With their entry in bollywood, sky is the limit!

I hope we get to see more such mainstream Gujarati movies in the future!

Devendra N. Patel's made really good attempt to step ahead overcome myths of Guajrati Films.

Jimit Trivedi as Bakul performed really great!! What an Innocent character...!

Swati Shah as Premila Gandhi, A quite different character as compare to one in Saath Nibhana Saathiya.

I gave 9 out of 10 due to absence of strong female lead. Dipna Patel was not given enough visibility. She could do better.

I strongly recommend this to all my Gujju friends.

I am expecting a lot of such releases from Gujarati film industry.
