Its a Blockbuster, Do watch it.

This movie is excellent.in terms of the story, screenplay and dialogues. The direction is average. Ajay Devgn looks convincing as Bhawani and his acting is one of the best of all time. The movie has perfect casting and all actor has done amazing job, for most actor this movie is an highlight of their career. The trio - Ajay Devgn, Emran Hashmi and Milan Luthria - has once again created a magic!

The flick is pegged as 'inspired by true events'; however, there are several creative liberties taken to tell a story with a number of imaginary sub plots. Interestingly, the director is able to hold the film as close to real. But let me warn you, the ending is a bit clichéd but then "who is complaining"!!

Final Verdict: It is a worthwhile film and has the potential to earn 100+ crores.

I watched it once, I will watch it twice more, Its worth it.

Yes, the film is over-wrought, melodramatic and designed as pulp fiction. But it's intermittently fun. Don't wear a microscopic lens, don't be over analytical and you'll definitely enjoy the flick.

Beyond literature, movies bear myth-making abilities. The medium is too recent to judge for its place in history. But we already have films like Mughal-e-Azam or Sholay that appear mythologies to rival epics in public consciousness. So,emergency, is one such chapter that entices us with the mystery. The subject is immediately exhilarating still. As is this film.

The character of Bhawani is beautifully sketched. The actor before you is Ajay Devgn. And here is what I personally feel about him. Very few actors in mainstream films manage a self-assured, under-stated swagger, convey so much silently, sometimes just with their glance and droopy eyes. It's a camera art. Sr. Bachchan saab has perfected it as the 'angry young man'. Devgn, you can tell, is his fine successor.

Luthria has managed to recreate eras that connect with audiences. This time his attempt to create the Rajasthan in the 70s is not perfect yet commendable. rightly recreates retro from the '70s. He focuses right on all the low angles of the shots; and trumpets for a background score; but most importantly in the sense of the big screen. His smart dialogue gives you a feel of living in that period. But once again, Luthria could have been much better.

Finally, all departments contribute in making this a watch worthy film (if not as memorable as OUTIM). I did have good time with friends and that what you care for at the end of the day.

Its a powerful movie, Do watch it, Great performance by all the actors!!

Ever since the trailer release, I had decided to watch the film irrespective of critic reviews (and my review comes with objectivity). I see the increasing trend (by film critics) to sabotage the film on a few grounds; however, this one is definitely not worth missing. Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi and Vidyut Jamwal have delivered powerful performances. Lead ladies, Ileana D'Cruz and Esha Gupta have done their part well. Sunny Leone marks her presence with the item number. Action sequences, thrill and twists in the plot are apt! This genre has always fascinated me; and Milan Luthria has always delivered to his best.

I particularly loved the era that the team has created. It's close to real (although it could have got much better). Costumes, hair styling and make-up does total justice to bring the flavor of the 70s. A few dialogues mouthed by Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi are entertaining. Songs are top class. Choreography is superb.

The best movie of 2017 by a distance, What an entertainer it was. Very Stylish movie.

This film has a lot of "style" and "substance"; slick in sepia-toned, sandy Rajasthan. :). You will enjoy this heist-action film despite the apparent flaws.Baadshaho strikes a perfect balance between story and swagger. It's gripping; however, the pace loses steam post-interval. Nevertheless, other departments are good enough to pull the film until the climax.

Most films give enough mind space to predict what will happen next; they also present an opportunity to think on whether or not you are enjoying a film. Baadshaho doesn't give you much of a chance to think about how you are feeling about the film and succeeds in keeping you guessing about the next twist in a good way – but only in the first half.

Every time Bhavani (Ajay Devgn) and his gang get into a troublesome and complicated situation, you think of the many ways that they will uncomplicate. The film surprises with its solution and that's the beauty. This is what we expect from seasoned filmmakers. Unfortunately, the second half just goes loose. Also, I would like to talk about parental guidance -there's loads of Violence and a couple of abusive words. We can seebare-chested men and bare-backed women. The film has a couple of making out scenes.

Coming back to the advantages of this action slick-flick – it has been showcased in an interesting and different setting. Rajasthan in the 70s has been used and the events are planned using the emergency. Characterization and its building is interesting. Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi, Esha Gupta, Sanjai Mishra, Vidyut Jamwal – have delivered their best. The surprise element was Ileana D'cruz - her character is of a shrewd ruler and she is convincing.

For the action part, I just need to summarize – it's an Ajay Devgn film! The songs are nice to listen to, and the background score is apt. Dialogues are the highlights; some could go down very well as Bollywood dialogue memories. You can definitely consider this over the weekend.

A Major Disappointment of year 2017!!!

This movie doesn't live up to acting abilities of Ajay Devgn,Emraan Hashmi & Sanjay Mishra. Director Milan Luthria narrated a half cooked story with most ambiguous climax scene I've ever imagined. Illeana D'Cruz & Esha Gupta are terrible actresses. They proved me right once again. That's why both of them were mostly signed in multi-starer movies. Vidyut Jambval was average but underutilized not only as an actor but also as a stunts-man. Even Sharad Kelkar's performance was better than Emran Hashmi's because Hashmi's character didn't get as many lines as expected.

Ajay Devgn barely speaks in the movie and repeats "Char din" dialogue monotonously every time, when he appears on screen. If you people are genuine fans of Emraan & Ajay then please don't promote this awful dish disguised as a feature film. That sandstorm scene in the end was like the last nail in the coffin...

When Major Seher is introduced, he is shown to get down from an AC rail coach that is blue in colour. Such coaches were introduced only in mid 1990s while the story is set somewhere between 1975-77. So, the train coaches should have either been reddish or brown in colour.
