Monika Raj is a European film producer working across live action, documentary, and animated features. She specializes in international co-productions, Creative Europe and Polish Film Institute funding strategies, as well as tax rebate solutions for filmmakers. She began her creative career with Berlin's experimental Metropolis Diskotheater. From 2009, she worked extensively as a producer of TV commercials and short-form content. Her production manager credits include "Zenek" by Jan Hryniak as well as "Lost Me" by Mary Komasa, recognized as one of the world's top 21 music videos at Camerimage Festival 2016. She also coordinated post-production and FX at Lightcraft for two years. In 2022, she founded Rajana Sp. z o.o., a production company focused on theatrical feature films and interdisciplinary projects combining original storytelling with emerging technologies and scientific research. Her latest productions include the feature film "The Ikea Generation" (2023), directed by Dawid Gral, and "Mzungu" (2024), a long-term observational documentary filmed in Uganda by Michal Gruszczynski. In 2025, together with writer/director Jules Jones and strategist Eva Ariane Heise, she co-founded Trojan Pony Productions, a boutique production company crafting bold, genre-bending films for international audiences. She is a graduate of the Accelerator for Young Entrepreneurs in the Audiovisual Sector (KIPA) and a member of the Polish Filmmakers Association
