Adam Weber grew up in the Sacramento Area Community Theater as a child and continued studying the stage throughout college. Whenever the opportunity arises between films, he is writing, directing and acting on stage or improving his craft with various workshops.

If you set your goal too low for parts and you don't get selected, that will kill your self esteem. Instead once you've reached those entry level goals, examine where you want to go and set your new goals. Be more selective on the work you are going to do. No one ever became rich doing background extra work, so put in your share and move on.
