Hafiz's journey as a filmmaker began in his elementary school years, where he initially explored blogging. However, it was during his time in vocational high school that he discovered his true passion for directing and editing.

Hafiz's first short film, "Lost," showcased his early talent and was completed in 2015 as a school assignment. Notably, the film was produced with limited resources, relying solely on smartphones (iPhone 5 and Sony Xperia Z1) as substitutes for professional cameras. Despite these constraints, "Lost" demonstrated Hafiz's creative potential and earned recognition from his school.
