She is the first woman in WWE history to win both the RAW & Smack Down Woman's title.

At age 15, she suffered from an eating disorder. She turn to weightlifting, exercise, and healthy weight gain from the help of personal trainers. This approach helped her overcome her eating disorder by a combination of workouts and eating more properly which she still does as a daily routine.

Her mom tried to discourage her about pursuing a career of wrestling by using Chyna as an example of what type of women her daughter might encounter during a match.

Her ring name was intended to be "Alexa Bless" as in the phrase "Bless Your Heart". However due to her southern accent, she would pronounce "Bless" as "Bliss" and the name ended up being stuck with her since.

She is an avid Disney fan.

Her mom and dad were ages 18 and 17 respectively, when she was born.

She was one of Triple H's women during his grand entrance for WrestleMania XXX.

As of 2018 she is the third fastest cash in after winning the Money in the Bank Contract, in terms of time recognized by the WWE. Her total time holding the contract before cash in was 119 minutes and 43 seconds in 2018. The second fastest was Dean Ambrose at 56 minutes 39 seconds in 2016. The record for the fastest is held by Kane at 50 minutes 56 seconds in 2010. All three wrestlers cashed in their contracts the same night they won them. All three were successful when they cashed them in.

Was influenced by Rey Mysterio & Trish Stratus to become a wrestler.

Uses "Twisted Bliss" as her wrestling finishing move.

On December 7, 2017 She and Sasha Banks had the first ever women's match in Abu Dhabi. The match was groundbreaking. During the match the crowed chanted, "this is hope." In keeping with local customs special wrestling gear had to be made for them not showing any skin. Alexa retained her Raw Woman's title during the match.

On the August 5, 2019 edition of Monday Night Raw from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross would win the WWE Women's Tag Team Title. With that win Alexa is now the second WWE Women's Triple Crown Champion. She has won all three titles available on the Main Roster to female wrestlers: the Raw and Smackdown Woman's Titles and the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles.

On April 4, 2020 at WrestleMania Night 1 Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross recaptured the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship. With that win they became the first ever two time holder of that title.

With her win at Wrestlemania 36, Alexa Bliss became the second wrestler born in the 1990s decade to win a title at a WrestleMania (she was born in 1991). Peyton Royce was the first to accomplish this feet at WrestleMania 35 (she was born in 1992). Both wins were for for the same title, the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship.

On the July 18, 2022 episode of Monday Night Raw from Tampa, Florida she pulled off a first for women in WWE. She won the WWE 24/7 Championship for the first time. With that win she has won all championships available on the Main Roster to female wrestlers in WWE: the Raw and Smackdown Woman's Titles, the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles and the WWE 24/7 Championship.
