Nishant Nayak

Nishant Nayak is a series director based in Mumbai, who works primarily in the multi-camera unscripted space (studio & remote rig). He has directed Indian adaptations of some of the biggest global unscripted formats like 'The Traitors', 'Shark Tank', 'Fear Factor', 'Masterchef' & 'Top Model' (often multiple seasons). Nishant's directorial work in the music content space covers seminal titles like Coke Studio, MTV Unplugged, Times of Music, Unwind, Sound Trippin alongside live broadcast concerts for some of the biggest Indian names like A.R.Rahman, Anirudh Ravichander, Pritam, Salim-Suleiman, Amit Trivedi -- to name a few. He has also directed music videos for artistes like Jazzy B, Sonu Nigam, Raftaar & Nucleya. As he continues to helm big format shows, Nishant is also expanding his portfolio in the scripted space as co-creator on a dramedy that will also premiere on Amazon Prime later this year and a horror short that is currently in development.
