Robert Forte Shannon III

Robert Forte Shannon III aka 7 is an actor/musician and now television producer. As a musician he was able to book shows in the most competitive and talented city on the planet, Detroit, Michigan. Playing live shows with Parliament Funkadelic, The Winans, and more, 7 was able to truly express his creativity with his band UnitedSouls. He studied theatre before choosing a musical route of expression and was taught the performing arts from Marilyn McCormick, 2016's Excellence in Theatre Education Tony Award recipient. As an actor, Robert has been cast in feature productions such as Sarkle, Low Winter Sun, Chicago PD, Detroiters, I Am Wrath, and more. Just this past year, as trying as it was, he played in four feature films released including Emperor where he portrayed Dangerfield Newby and Judas & The Black Messiah where he shined in Oscar performance with Daniel Kaluuya. His Hollywood journey continues as the creator of and principal cast member Ice in Raphead Response.
