Dorian Andrew Mientjez Yates

When Dorian was a teenager, he was sentenced to six months at Whatton Youth Detention Centre.

Dorian holds the fifth-highest number of Mr. Olympia awards of all time, ranking behind Ronnie Coleman (8), Lee Haney (8), Arnold Schwarzenegger (7) and Phil Heath (7).

Everyday is the first day of the rest of your life. Don't dwell on your past mistakes, nor judge others for theirs.

Bodybuilding is not an endurance sport. Stimulate growth with intensity, load and isolation. Then go home to grow.
