Paramount Confirms Reacher's Fate After Major Merger
Image
Reacher has been one of the biggest shows on Prime Video since its debut in 2022. As fans are impatiently waiting for the upcoming Season 4, there have been some behind-the-scenes changes.

Paramount and Skydance have joined forces in a major merger recently, which directly impacts Reacher's future, as the two companies split TV production between CBS Studios and the newly formed Paramount TV Studios (Ptvs). Deadline confirms Reacher, its upcoming spinoff Neagley, as well as Prime Video's Cross, will be moving production from CBS Studios to the new Paramount TV Studios.

All three shows were co-produced by Skydance TV and CBS Studios, but following the major acquisition on Aug. 7, the series will fall under the Ptvs responsibilities, alongside other streaming TV shows that are not part of Paramount+'s slate. Ptvs will combine Skydance Television's projects with Showtime/ MTV Entertainment Studios, and will predominantly focus on streaming series for Paramount+, but also other outside platforms.

‘Reacher’ Spin-Off Faces Turmoil as Paramount Merger Splits Studios
Image
The Reacher-verse might be getting bigger, but its newest chapter is already facing some behind-the-scenes turbulence. While Maria Sten’s Neagley spin-off is still in development for Prime Video, the recent Skydance–Paramount merger has split the TV division in two — a shake-up that could complicate the series’ future.

Following the August 7 merger, Paramount’s TV arm was divided into CBS Studios and the newly revived Paramount TV Studios (Ptvs). Reacher, Neagley, and Prime Video’s Cross have all been shifted entirely under Ptvs, cutting ties with CBS Studios, which had co-produced the first three seasons of Reacher. It’s the same restructuring that moved the hit action franchise into the same home as Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone empire and Skydance’s Foundation for Apple TV+. But for fans, it raises questions about stability — especially since Neagley is still in pre-release limbo.

What Is 'Neagley' About?

If Sten’s performance...

Henry Cavill & Alan Ritchson's WW2 Box Office Miss Is a Global Streaming Hit 1 Year Later
Image
The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare is finally a hit. After bombing at the box office, the Guy Ritchie-directed action movie has found new success on streaming.

FlixPatrol is reporting that The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare is currently ranked No. 3 on HBO Max's Top 10 Movies Worldwide chart. After only grossing $29.7 million at the box office last year, this marks a noticeable improvement for the action movie, which features Henry Cavill, Eiza González, Alan Ritchson, Henry Golding, and Alex Pettyfer among its star-studded ensemble. The movie was based on Damien Lewis' book Churchill's Secret Warriors: The Explosive True Story of the Special Forces Desperadoes of WWII, which documents Winston Churchill's first 'deniable' secret operative force to operate behind enemy lines in World War II.

While based on real events, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare portrays a heavily fictionalized version of the role played by Churchill's Special Operations Executive in Operation Postmaster.

‘Reacher’ Season 4 Set Images Show Off Alan Ritchson’s Latest Love Interest
Image
Jack Reacher (Alan Ritchson) is back in action, and it looks like he’s found himself a new romantic connection for Reacher Season 4. New set images have revealed Sydelle Noel in character as Tamara Green — a New York Police Department homicide detective and Reacher’s latest love interest in Prime Video’s hit adaptation of Lee Child’s novels.

Green is based on Theresa Lee, a character from Child’s Gone Tomorrow, which serves as the inspiration for the upcoming season. In the book, Lee works alongside Reacher to investigate a high-stakes case in New York City. For the series, the character has been renamed Tamara Green, and she’s paired with her NYPD partner Docherty while getting drawn into Reacher’s orbit — both professionally and personally.

Instagram user @rikiwichman recently spotted Noel filming in full costume for the new episodes, sporting a red shirt while embodying the character on location.

Prime Video’s 36% Rotten Tomatoes Attempt at Another ‘Reacher’ Is Topping Streaming Charts
Image
Amazon may not have found the next Reacher just yet—but that hasn’t stopped Countdown from rocketing to the top of Prime Video’s streaming charts. Despite a dismal 36% critics score on Rotten Tomatoes, Countdown, the new action-thriller series from One Chicagocreator Derek Haas, has claimed the #1 spot in Prime Video’s “Top 10 TV Shows” list as of July 3. It even cracked the #2 spot on the platform’s overall ranking, trailing only behind the buzzy teen drama We Were Liars. With a weekly release schedule that kicked off July 1, only three episodes have aired—but that’s all Countdown needed to announce itself as Prime Video’s latest contender in the action space.

And while critics haven’t exactly been kind, audiences seem to be responding differently. The show currently holds a more respectable 72% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, proving once again that streamers sometimes care more about watch time than Tomatometer numbers.

Amazon's New Reacher Replacement Show Takes The Top Spot On Streaming Charts A Week After Its Debut
Image
Amazon seems to have a new Reacher replacement, which is already dominating the streaming charts just one week after its premiere. While the show has yet to match Reacher's critical and commercial success, it seems to have immense potential after its impressive early performance.

Soon after Reacher landed on Prime Video on February 4, 2022, it became a massive global hit, paving the way for several follow-up installments. With each new season, the show only grew from strength to strength and rose in the ranks to find a place among the streamer's most valuable IPs.

Reacher's performance even prompted Prime Video to expand its lore with a spin-off series focusing on Maria Sten's Neagley. Three years after its premiere on Amazon, Reacher reigns supreme as one of the most successful shows on the streaming platform. However, it looks like it might soon have a worthy rival.

'Reacher' Season 4 Recasts Jay Baruchel Weeks After Casting Announcement
Image
The Reachercast and crew got a surprise visit from former United States President Joe Biden recently, as the show's star Alan Ritchson posted about the interaction on social media. However, that's not the only reason why the show has been trending lately. Aside from that presidential experience and fans' excitement about Season 4 (which is currently being filmed), news of a recast has been announced. According to Deadline, Christopher Rodriguez-Marquette, who starred in Freddy vs. Jason and Race to Witch Mountain, joined the cast in a recasting. The opportunity arose after actor Jay Baruchel had to exit the series for personal reasons.

Deadline reported that the replacement comes after it was revealed that Baruchel joined the cast a few weeks ago. Rodriguez-Marquette will now play Jacob Merrick, a small-town policeman. The role is no small part; it is supposedly meaty, which means the actor's character should have a lot of camera time.

Jay Baruchel Was Almost In Prime Video’s Reacher Until Ryan Reynolds’ 2005 Film Co-star Stole It Overnight
Image
Reacher is returning to the screens with its fourth season, bringing back Alan Ritchson along with the rest of the star-studded cast. Besides the actors who were already there, the incredible cast has also been met with additions as some new stars have been cast in the show as well – a list that formerly included actor Jay Baruchel, too.

However, as the release date of the same draws near, the Prime Video series has some rather disappointing news to share with the fans: the fan-favorite Baruchel can no longer make its way to the screens alongside Ritchson’s titular hero. Instead, the role has been recast with another stunning actor: Christopher Rodriguez-Marquette.

Reacher Season 4 Recasts Major Character Shortly After Filming Started
Image
Prime Video's hit action series Reacher is officially coming back with Season 4. The fans won't have to wait long, as the show has returned to filming a few months after Season 3's finale in March.

The series is based on Lee Child's Jack Reacher anthology series, and follows its titular protagonist, an elite ex-military police major, as he travels across the U.S., exposing conspiracies, corruption, and trafficking. Many cast members changed from one season to the other, and Reacher Season 4 has recently announced new additions. However, shortly after the cast reveal, Deadline reports Jay Baruchel has been recast, and Christopher Rodriguez-Marquette will take over.

How to Train Your Dragon's Jay Baruchel had been originally cast as Jacob Merrick, a small-town policeman. However, he was reportedly "forced to exit" the production shortly after he was cast to "attend to a personal matter." Instead, Barry star Christopher Rodriguez-Marquette will take over the role.

Reacher Season 4 Recasts Major New Character With Barry Star After Sudden Exit
Image
Amazon Prime Video's Reacherseason 4 is undergoing a major casting change just days after filming in Philadelphia. Production for Reacher season 4 began earlier this month, soon after series lead Alan Ritchson confirmed which Jack Reacher novel would be tapped for the latest TV adaptation. As an anthology series with nearly 30 books to choose from, Reacher follows its elite ex-military titular protagonist as he travels around the country with only the contents in his pockets, getting involved in various conspiracies, revenge stories, and the like.

Per Deadline, Christopher Rodriguez-Marquette has replaced Jay Baruchel as Reacher season 4's new supporting character, Jacob Merrick. Baruchel reportedly left the production to "attend to a personal matter." Rodriguez-Marquette is best known for his role as Chris Lucado in HBO's Emmy-winning dark comedy series Barry. He joins a Reacher season 4 cast led by recurring stars Alan Ritchson and Maria Sten, and a new slate of supporting actors that includes Sydelle Noel,...

Alan Ritchson Fans Send Reacher Rising on the Streaming Charts as They Await Season 4
Image
Alan Ritchson fans are sending his Amazon Prime Video series Reacher climbing up the charts. Reacher Season 4 has already been confirmed to be on the way.

FlixPatrol reports that Reacher is up one spot, now at #9 on the Amazon Prime Overall Top 10 in the United States on June 25, 2025, which includes both film and television. On the TV charts, Reacher is doing even better, holding onto the #5 spot as one of the streamer's best-performing series. Reacher stars Ritchson as the titular character, a former U.S. Army military police officer who lives as a drifter, traveling the country and facing off against dangerous criminals.

The first season of Reacher premiered on Prime Video in 2022 and was immediately a hit, with both fans and critics enjoying the show's intense action. The series is based on the Jack Reacher novels by Lee Child, with each season adapting a different book in the series. The...

Why Reacher Doesn't Settle Down With A Love Interest, According To Alan Ritchson
Image
"Reacher" is a rather simple (yet effective) TV show — a former military police major with hands the size of dinner plates who wanders around the U.S. beating up people who abuse their power. In three seasons, protagonist Jack Reacher (Alan Ritchson) never changes, not in terms of personality, growth, or even the size of his wardrobe. He is a hobo with Thanksgiving turkey-sized fists, and a knack for collecting memorable side characters everywhere he goes that help him shoot down corruption rings.

Adapting Lee Child's book series of the same name, "Reacher" is TV's best action show that is more than just a dad TV show or a power fantasy. I mean, it is those things, too, but it is also a tightly constructed thriller with great action, some atypical but effective comedy (what if large man with tiny phone?), and even some very welcome romance.

That last part is interesting because,...

'Reacher' Got a Little Surprise Visit From Joe Biden & Hunter Biden on the Set of Season 4
Image
When filming productions, it's common for the cast and crew to get surprise visits. Sometimes it's friends or family members just stopping by to see the amazing work they've been doing. Other times, eager fans show up to get a glimpse of their favorite characters in action. Most of the time, it's other actors or celebrities working close by or in the area. Well, Amazon Prime Video's Reacher cast got a surprise visit by none other than former president Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, recently, and it was a moment no one expected. Reacher is currently filming Season 4 and was in the same area as the Bidens in Philadelphia.

Alan Ritchson, who stars as the titular action hero Jack Reacher on the show, posted a reel of his interaction with Joe and Hunter Biden, which includes photos and clips of the moment, with a caption that really describes how random life can be.

Alan Ritchson and Henry Cavill's 71% Rotten Tomatoes Action Thriller Is Still a Global Hit on Streaming
Image
Reacher and Superman walk into a war zone—and viewers can’t get enough. Last year, Alan Ritchson and Henry Cavill teamed up for The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, a gritty, guns-blazing World War II thriller that underwhelmed at the box office but is now thriving on streaming, as so many underperformers are wont to do these days. After a quiet theatrical run, the Guy Ritchie-directed film has become a global hit on Prime Video, where it's slowly climbing the charts.

Despite a 68% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes, audiences have rallied behind the film, pushing its audience rating up to a whopping 91%—proof that viewers still want their action with a little grit, a little style, and a lot of slow-motion headshots. Written by Ritchie alongside Paul Tamasy, Eric Johnson, and Arash Amel, the movie adapts Damien Lewis’ non-fiction book of the same name. It follows a small, off-the-books...

The Funniest Thing About Reacher Season 4, According To Alan Ritchson
Image
There are no action shows quite like "Reacher" on TV. On the surface, it's a fun-but-ridiculous series about a literally larger-than-life man with fists the size of Thanksgiving turkeys who beats the ever-living, ever-loving, compound, complex hell out of corrupt people. But the show is more than that. Sure, it's funny as hell, mostly because of the deadpan comedic talents of Jack Reacher (Alan Ritchson), but it's also a thrilling mystery series with compelling villains, memorable side characters, badass women action heroes, and much more. "Reacher" is a simple show, the ultimate power fantasy, and an absolute delight.

Mind you, the series works mostly because of its star. Ritchson perfectly captures the stoicism and the warmth of Reacher, along with his deadpan comedy. Indeed, his take on Reacher is often funny as hell, which makes his turn to a hulking monstrosity that beats dudes with his bare fists the size...

Jason Statham's Latest Action Movie Stops Denzel Washington's Thriller Threequel From Further Streaming Success
Image
A battle between two action legends is currently brewing on Prime Video. In one corner, Denzel Washington and his action thriller threequel, The Equalizer 3. In the other, Jason Statham and his latest action hit, A Working Man.

Per FlixPatrol, A Working Man has stopped The Equalizer 3 from climbing any further on Prime Video's Top 10 Movies list, keeping it at No. 5 to A Working Man's No. 4.Yesterday, The Equalizer 3 was at No. 4, meaning that the action threequel has made a U-turn and is now on its way out of Prime's Top 10 list. Although it's not quite a win for Statham either, as A Working Man is also moving downward on the list, with Ben Affleck's The Accountant duology holding strong as the No. 1 and No. 2 movies worldwide on Prime Video.

Released in 2023, The Equalizer 3 is the third and final installment in The Equalizer film trilogy.

The Jack Reacher Book Moment That Made Alan Ritchson Cheer Out Loud
Image
Age is but a number, but to some fictional heroes, it's really nothing at all. Comic book characters, super spies, and even the likes of "The Simpsons" that have been around for decades have stood the passage of time (even if the canon hasn't). One popular hero that won't be able to escape the ageing process, however, is one-man wrecking crew Jack Reacher, who, after three seasons, is thriving on Prime Video as one of the streamer's most popular shows. For the man playing the overly large thorn in the side of drug barons, weapons dealers, and generally bad people, Alan Ritchson isn't getting any younger, which he simply sees as a blessing for the hero he has no plans of parting ways with.

Speaking to Empire about the role that he's effortlessly made his own, Ritchson clocked an important detail about his character in the book series penned by Lee Child.

Alan Ritchson Reveals 'Reacher' Season 4 is Adapting One of Lee Child's Most Thrilling Novels
Image
Reacher star Alan Ritchson has confirmed what fans of the Lee Child novels have been buzzing about for weeks: Season 4 of Prime Video’s hit action series will adapt Gone Tomorrow, one of the author’s most nerve-wracking and conspiracy-laced thrillers. Ritchson himself revealed the news on Instagram following a tease from Child himself last night. The actor posted a selfie in which he was holding a copy of the novel in his comically giant hand, making it seem like a tiny book for The Borrowers. Ritchson's caption included this tease:

“The thing about subway cars is you step on one and you never know what’s going to happen.”

In Gone Tomorrow, Reacher’s instincts prove tragically correct when a woman he’s observing on the train suddenly dies in front of him, but something about the aftermath doesn’t add up. Driven by his gut and armed with...

Reacher Season 4 Reveals the 16-Year-Old Book It Will Adapt
Image
A new tease for the fourth season of Reacherhas been revealed by Lee Child, the author of the original book series that the hit Prime Video show is based on. Fans of the books me also see the update as a tease for which book is inspiring the plot of Season 4.

A new image was shared on Instagram by the official account for Child on X. The photo shows what seems to be a script for Reacher Season 4 on the seat of a subway car, though the author only stated in the caption, "Reacher S4..." It could be a coincidence that the script is on a subway car, or this more likely could be a clue that Season 4 will be based on 2009's Gone Tomorrow, one of Child's Jack Reacher novels that begins with the character traveling on a subway in New York City when the action begins. The Reacher-verse just got one step closer to expanding. Neagley, the highly anticipated spin-off starring Maria Sten as Jack Reacher’s (Alan Ritchson) most trusted ally, has officially wrapped production on Season 1. The news comes straight from the star of the show herself, who took to Instagram to post:

That’s a wrap on Neagley Season 1! This story is so so special, folks. I cannot wait for you all to see what we’ve cooked up! I hope you’re ready cause it’s gonna be a wild one!

And we believe her, folks. If Sten’s performance across Reacher Seasons 1 through 3 is any indication, Neagley is set to deliver the same blend of bruising action, wit, and razor-sharp intelligence that made her character a fan favorite across the globe. While Reacher Season 3 — based on Lee Child’sPersuader — had Neagley fighting for her life while Reacher was trapped in Zachary Beck’s fortress,...

I'm Convinced 'Reacher' Season 4 Won't Be Alan Ritchson's Next Reacher Appearance - All Because of This Photo
Image
A new piece of evidence has fans convinced that Reacher Season 4 won't be Alan Ritchson's next appearance as Jack Reacher. Ritchson has portrayed the titular ex-military operative and lone wolf for three seasons on Prime Video, with each outing pushing Reacher to the limit. Throughout his adventures in the live-action series, Reacher's most consistent and reliable ally has been Frances Neagley (Maria Sten).

While Reacher refused to involve Neagley in his mission to eliminate Xavier Queen in Reacher Season 3, trouble managed to find its way to Neagley after she became a target of Quinn's henchmen, prompting her to help her old friend and be part of his quest to take down the ruthless and dangerous Reacher villain.

After successfully defeating Quinn in Season 3, the anticipation is high for two upcoming projects in the Reacher universe on Prime Video: Reacher Season 4 and the Neagley spin-off series. While both shows...

Alan Ritchson Makes A Bold Prediction About Reacher Season 4
Image
If there's one person who's more excited to get stuck back into the world of "Reacher" than its audience, it's Jack Reacher himself. Turning out an impressive third season that received rave reviews, the actor behind the bus-riding, bad-guy-punching hero, Alan Ritchson, has expressed his enthusiasm for what's in store in the future. Besides making huge claims about his alter-ego, he may also have teased a potential appearance in his old war buddy's spin-off series.

In a recent Instagram post, Ritchson submitted a fascinating slideshow of photos that were heavily embedded in the "Reacher-verse." The first image showed him with his co-star, Maria Sten, who has been with Ritchson since the show's beginning as Reacher's longtime pal, Francis Neagley, and is set to appear in her own untitled show. Pictured alongside Sten, Ritchson wrote, "Stopped by the 'Neagley' set to see my dear friend @mariasten who is absolutely crushing it.

'Reacher' Spin-off 'Neagley' Films During Real-Life Chicago Cubs Game
Image
Jack Reacher has been spotted out and about in the real-world in our first look at the upcoming Reacher spin-off, Neagley. The action series has proven to be a massive hit for Amazon Prime Video, with the studio and streamer now looking to branch out into a Reacher shared universe, starting with Neagley starring Maria Sten as Frances Neagley. And Amazon is wasting no time in getting the spin-off to screens.

While it had not been confirmed that Alan Ritchson’s Jack Reacher would appear alongside Sten’s Neagley in the spin-off series, it has now been revealed that he absolutely will, with the pair spotting filming scenes for the show during a recent face-off between the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago White Sox at Chicago's Wrigley Field (via MLB). While the images and footage don’t give much away, Ritchson is sporting his usual stoic expression which gives way...

‘Reacher’s Upcoming Spin-Off Filmed in the Most Unexpected Location
Image
Prime Video's Reacher universe is officially expanding — and it’s not doing things by the book. In fact, fans got their first real glimpse at the highly anticipated spin-off Neagley in one of the last places anyone expected: the stands of Chicago’s Wrigley Field. That’s right. During a Cubs vs. White Sox game this past Saturday, Neagley star Maria Sten and Alan Ritchson were spotted filming scenes right in the middle of the action. Ritchson, as one would expect, blended in about as well as an elephant in a petting zoo. Far from being a behind-the-scenes leak, the footage was captured and shared by Marquee Sports Network, confirming what fans had long suspected — Ritchson is definitely showing up in the spin-off series.

Reacher Season 4 Not Happening Sooner Due to ‘Neagley’ Spinoff Is Repeating the Same Mistake That Doomed ‘Fast & Furious’
Image
Alan Ritchson’s Reacher is a massive success for Amazon, and it’s frustrating that the studio seemingly wants to expand the franchise way too early, which is often a risky move. Nowadays, popular television shows love to spawn spinoffs, and let’s face it—sometimes it’s not about the story or the characters, but because of profit.

The fourth season of Reacher was confirmed ahead of the third installment’s premiere, but those waiting for it might need to stretch their patience as it won’t arrive sooner than expected. The culprit is the upcoming spinoff, Neagley.

The renewal of Reacher for a fourth saga brought so much excitement to fans, but a recent update might disappoint them after TV Line spilled the tea on the progress of the upcoming Neagley spinoff.

How We Already Know There Will Be ‘Reacher’ Season 4 After Season 3 Finale Episode
Image
Reacher Season 4 has been confirmed! Yes, you read that right. The third installment of the crime drama premiered on February 20, 2025, with the first three episodes. However, even before the latest season’s finale episode aired, the studio announced the renewal of the show for a new season.

Helmed by Nick Santora, the Amazon Prime series is based on the popular Jack Reacher book series by Lee Child. Alan Ritchson plays the titular role, perfectly fitting the description of a former military policeman in the U.S. Army. The show garnered immense attention and went on to become one of the best-performing shows on the platform. In fact, Reacher became the most-streamed series in its debut week, a first for an Amazon production.

‘Reacher’s Alan Ritchson Is Bloodied Up in Action-Packed Sneak Peek of New Movie ‘Runner’
Image
Alan Ritchson may be off our small screens as a very big man, with Reacher between seasons right now, but soon he'll be on the big screen in a big way in Runner, an action flick alongside Owen Wilson, which is currently underway in the sunshine of Brisbane and the Gold Coastin Australia. The film centers on Ritchson as Hank Malone, a top-tier courier assigned to transport a vital organ to a critically ill young girl. As her life hangs in the balance, the mission quickly unravels when sinister forces emerge, determined to derail the delivery.

Ritchson has taken to Instagram, something which he's great for — particularly to show off what he's eating for breakfast — to post a behind-the-scenes look at the movie, including a look at just how bloody he's going to end up in this film. Looks like a bone-crunching, good time at the movies if you ask us.

Why Jack Reacher's Creator Refuses To Give Alan Ritchson Acting Advice
Image
Understandably, Lee Child should have some say in the direction Jack Reacher is headed. He created him after all. However, with the help of Alan Ritchson and three massively successful seasons on Prime Video, "Reacher" has gotten the attention that even Tom Cruise's iteration struggled to attain. It's probably because of this that when it comes to the leading and massive man bringing the character to life on the small screen, Lee Child refuses to give Ritchson acting notes.

Speaking to The Express about the growing success of the show that began adapting his work in 2022, Child made it clear that it isn't his place to say how Ritchson handles Reacher: "I feel like I don't want to give him advice and I don't want him to ask for advice. What I'm hoping is that we cast him correctly and then it is up to him." Earning the part...

Reacher Season 4: Everything We Know So Far
Image
"Reacher" topped the Nielsen streaming charts back in 2022 and has remained one of the most popular shows on Prime Video ever since. While season 2 wasn't every fans' cup of tea (even star Alan Ritchson has admitted something was wrong with the second run of episodes), season 3 was a true return to form, which, considering it adapted the best book from Lee Child's popular series, isn't too surprising.

The third season of the show was based on the seventh Jack Reacher novel "Persuader," and pit Reacher against an assortment of foes, including Olivier Richters' Paulie — a gigantic hulk of a man who was ever larger than the already huge Ritchson. Amazon clearly knew it had yet another smash hit on its hands as the company renewed "Reacher" for a fourth season three months before the third even debuted. Then, as expected, "Reacher" season 3 broke a huge Prime Video streaming record,...

Dennis Quaid Says 'Reacher' Star Alan Ritchson's 'War Machine' Will Be "Wild To Watch"
Image
Alan Ritchson is charging full speed ahead from Reacher to his next action-packed outing, and it sounds like fans are in for a wild ride. According to co-star Dennis Quaid, War Machine—a new Netflix sci-fi thriller directed by The Expendables 3’s Patrick Hughes—puts Ritchson through the wringer, both figuratively and literally. War Machine, which Hughes co-wrote with James Beaufort, follows “the final recruits of a grueling special ops boot camp who encounter a deadly force from beyond this world.” The film doesn’t yet have a release date, but it’s expected to arrive on Netflix later this year.

Ritchson has been hyping the film since production wrapped, previously calling it: “I think, and you heard it here first, probably gonna be the, no, not probably, gonna be the biggest movie that Netflix has ever had.. This is the coolest thing they’ve ever made, guaranteed.”

“I...

‘Reacher’ Season 3 May Be Finished, But Alan Ritchson Is Still Smashing Records for Prime Video
Image
Jack Reacher may have gone quiet on screen, but he’s still making a lot of noise in America’s living rooms. According to Nielsen’s latest Gauge report, Reacher was the most streamed show across all platforms in March 2025 — racking up a massive 6.6 billion minutes of viewing time. That’s another record-setting flex for Prime Video’s muscle-bound juggernaut, with Alan Ritchson’s take on Lee Child’s iconic character clearly striking a chord with viewers, as much as he was cleanly striking bad guys squarely in the chops.

Despite Season 3 having finished streaming, Reacher is continuing to dominate, which is yet more proof that the show is one of Prime Video’s biggest success stories. The streamer led the pack in March, joining Disney+, Netflix, Apple TV+, Max, Hulu, and Paramount+ in the month’s top 10 streaming titles. The numbers also revealed that overall streaming accounted for 43.8% of all U.
