Is of Spanish and Irish descent.

In 2011 she and then boyfriend (now husband) Roger Mathews lost a baby due to miscarriage almost at the same time when Jenni's grandmother has died.

(October 18, 2015) Married her boyfriend of nearly 5 years, Roger Mathews in front of a group of family and friends, that included her Jersey Shore (2009) cast-mates Nicole Polizzi and Paul 'Pauly D' DelVecchio, and The Bachelorette (2003) alums Trista Sutter and Ryan Sutter, following a 3-year-long engagement. They have 15-month-old daughter Meilani together.

Is a graphic designer and club promoter.

Has 2 children: daughter, Meilani Mathews (b. July 13, 2014) & son, Greyson Mathews (b. May 5, 2016) with ex-husband, Roger Mathews.
