A lot of people are really excited to see the continuation of Cory and Topanga and O Mundo é dos Jovens (1993). I was getting a lot of positive feedback, which I was really happy about.

I think people are excited because, even watching O Mundo é dos Jovens (1993), you can tell that those characters are going to do something when they get older. I think people are excited to see characters they grew up with continue.

In my work, I'm passionate about trying different things and being okay if I mess up. Now I'm trying to bring that into my own life.

[getting into acting] I knew that if I was going down this road, I was going to have to be assertive. Hollywood is a machine, and it can break you down.

[coming out] It started getting uncomfortable when I said I was queer online and then everyone just focused on that. I was the queer Disney star and everyone's eyes began to feel voyeuristic.

[sexual misconduct on set] I had an instance where I witnessed somebody I worked with inappropriately touched someone else that I worked with who was a minor. I reported it privately to our showrunner. The next day, nobody talked to me, and said that I was trying to ruin this person's career.
